The location of Hyatt is invincible, the side door leads directly to the commercial street, and there is no need to crowd with others in the snow house for skiing. Changbai Mountain Wanda is the first hotel!
One-stop travel is very convenient. The package includes ski tickets and hot spring tickets. The front desk has also been upgraded to a view room. It is very good. Special thanks to the customer service Chloe, who has been patiently helping me choose Changbai Mountain Hyatt from the sugar house in Guilin. I believe the price It should be the lowest service on the entire network. It is best to leave it to Klook next time you travel.
The reservation price is quite favorable. It needs to be confirmed twice. Hyatt for skiing is very good. Yoyo has good customer service and answers questions in a timely manner.
I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Changbaishan Wanda Resort on New Year's Eve because I had always had a good impression of it. I didn't expect to be disappointed at the Hyatt Regency Changbaishan Wanda Resort on New Year's Eve. One thing to say is that Hyatt's environment and decorative aesthetics are as good as ever, but apart from the environment, there may be really no other service quality to speak of in this resort. The first is igloo rental, with the flag of having an independent igloo (I also chose a hotel for this convenience and comfort), but after paying for the rental of a series of items such as helmets, snowshoes, and snowboards in the igloo as usual, unexpectedly, Even lockers are extra + mandatory to rent. At first, it was not clear that I had to rent a locker. When I only had personal shoes and no other storage needs, I just put the shoes neatly away and put them aside. After skating all morning, I returned to the rental office and found that my shoes were "missing". When I first asked the on-site staff, they all said "I didn't see it", but finally a staff member brought up the shoes and said, "I'll charge you a storage fee like this next time." Why, in normal skiing, do everyone go down barefoot and wear snowshoes? When providing normal ski equipment rental, shouldn’t there be necessary storage or storage space for replacement by default? When there are no other storage needs except shoes and there is really no need to occupy a rental cabinet, is it still necessary to force rental? The second is room service. After cleaning in the morning, the bathrobe was taken away but not replaced in time. I made a phone call eight minutes before my scheduled spa appointment in the evening to ask for an urgent delivery to go down for a massage. However, it was not delivered within ten minutes, so I missed my massage appointment on time. The third is the spa. I initially made an appointment at 8 o'clock. I went over at 7:25 and asked if it could be postponed. The answer was no, because there were still appointments later. So I went upstairs to the room to change clothes and take a shower in preparation for the massage. After the shower, I found that there was no bathrobe. After calling room service, I called the spa again. It said that the bathrobe was delayed by waiting for room service. The request was ten minutes late. The reply was still "Only on time." End", "This is the spa and room service is not hooked up". Fourth, I called the guest service number at night and failed to get through twice. Fifth, after the room was cleaned, the paper towels on the dressing table were not updated and only a few were left. I called customer service at night and asked for delivery. As mentioned in the fourth item, I called the customer service twice but didn't get through. Only after the third time did someone answer the phone. Maybe the above does not sound too excessive for Hyatt. Except for the poor performance of the room service, it seems to be "selfless" and "as it should be" reasonable. But in fact, when it comes to service, this experience of running into obstacles and getting stuck on New Year's Eve has, to be honest, greatly affected Hyatt's housing experience. Any consumption in the hotel (even including the gimmick of the independent igloo and the aforementioned bug) will require additional consumption. OK, I can understand it, but I would like to ask, is a hotel that costs 4,000+ per night worth a better overall service? This is the first time in history that I have received a five-star negative review, and it was on New Year’s Eve, December 31, 2023. One thing to say, the service attitude of the front desk, concierge and breakfast colleagues is very good.
