Everything is old - the decor, the room, the fixtures, the pool, the so-called hotspring which I’m not sure contains real hot spring water. Some of the pools are empty, under maintenance. The food at the only restaurant is mediocre and inauthentic-Thai. The breakfast is forgettable. The service staff attitude is typical that of Chinese 3-star hotel. This is definitely not the Dusit Thani level of luxury and service.
