What to expect
Standup paddle boarding (SUP) is a water sport born from surfing with modern roots
SUP experience in Red River is the new sport which provide player the healthy body and the new new perspective of Vietnam capital

Great activity at the Red River! The instructors were friendly and they briefed us on what to do before we enter the water. The weather was nice on that day, no rain, although it was quite windy. Some parts were quite relaxing, and some were challenging due to the strong water current. We saw a family of ducks as well!

Pretty good. We arrived and set off for Ben Bac, then pumped up the SUP boards and started paddling down the river. The guide was very enthusiastic and attentive, just a shame about the sunny weather.
