Absolutely easy to use Klook to book the voucher, which is cheaper than going to the official site. The lounge is ok, not the greatest but acceptable. There is hot food and paying bar. Shower is also possible, just need to be on waitlist to be called in. Will recommend.

Great lounge with good facilities when on a long international layover. Food, shower facilities, professional staff personalities at an affordable price makes the lounge worth it. Just note the location of the lounge has changed so it can be a bit confusing to find

I used it during my layover as I had about 6 hours left to wait at the airport. It was for same-day use, but you cannot use it right away. You have to make a reservation at least 2-3 hours in advance. Because I made a reservation when I arrived at the airport, I stayed there for 3 hours as an airport refugee. I was really happy that the lounge felt cozy, perhaps because I was hungry and tired. There wasn't a lot of variety of food, but I quickly became full after trying everything. The food in the self-cooking corner was delicious. After eating, I put my name on the shower list of reporters. After waiting for about 30 minutes, I called. The shower time was short, only 20 minutes. It was a night flight, but I got on the plane right after taking a shower, so I slept soundly.

no much choices when we went there, all finish. we asked for spoon then the staff show face very rude which cause our experiences is very bad. so disapointed with this lounge.Then, when reached there around 2.30am, the staff all cleaning the floor which cause big noises. which made my first lounge experiences bad. No coffee can drink cause nobody filled up the coffee beans overthere.

Although there is not a wide variety of food, you can relax comfortably. It's nice to be able to drink unlimited refills of beer. I needed a place to rest during my trip, and it was nice to be able to get in without waiting. The bathroom is also clean.
