Had a really nice stay during Christmas (apologies for writing this review after almost a year lol) The executive lounge staff were very friendly and thank you for the hand-written christmas card! ❤️ Christmas dinner, breakfast and executive lounge access were included in the staycation package and it was worth it! Had a really nice Christmas staycation here and planning to come back again real soon! (maybe this Christmas! haha)

Super satisfied staycation! I arrived at checkin at 2 o'clock, I got a room very quickly, and the staff was friendly and polite👍🏻 It's my boyfriend's anniversary again, the hotel will arrange left wine and snacks for me💛 I upgrade and go left A room with a bathtub, no special view, but barely able to see the sea 🤣 The package can be late checkout to 2 o'clock! The bathtub in the room is big enough, and it has all the necessary facilities, including an air purifier! The bathroom supplies are all complete, especially the comb! A lot of hotels don’t have it, so it’s really caring💛 Package includes left massage chair experience, breakfast, afternoon treat and evening cocktail🍹 However, because of my tight schedule, I only use left breakfast and afternoon tea💪🏻 There are a lot of choices for breakfast, all are food After so many times, I think the best food 🤤 afternoon tea food is good👍🏻

4 adults and a child were reserved with connected rooms, where were very nice with good view towards Victoria Park and Habour. Very good breakfast buffet on the next morning and late check out was allowed to 2pm. Recommend others to have a trip.

View of Victoria Park & Tai Hang from our room is stunning. We are very satisfied with the service from check-in to check-out. The location is very convenient. It is definitely a nice place for staycation. The room decoration with Monet’s artwork is beautiful too. The picnic mat included in the package is as big as the bed. However it is hard for us to carry 2 wine glasses after check-out so we didn’t bring them home. The only flaw of this experience was the water pressure is not high enough in the shower.

I am so happy that I booked a Monet-themed garden view room at a discounted price, and I can see the sea again in front of Zhengwei Garden, which is very exciting. Monet's gift blue is so pretty, it didn't disappoint me. On the contrary, afternoon tea and cocktails definitely made this staycation a loss. I've been to lounges countless times, but I've never tried the food but only a small plate, and the cocktail snacks are even more pitiful ~ I lose my points. The Receptionist in the lobby is very nice, and explained that my plan is very long. Because there are many people picking breakfast at 9 o'clock, she suggested that I eat early and gave me an hour of late CO, so I don't have to rush to sleep after breakfast. . grateful! It's a pity that the lights in the lobby are a bit dim, so I can't see her nameplate clearly. Will visit again next time there is a discount.

Room was clean and comfortable.The bed was super comfy. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful.Good location the downtown area on street will always stay at this location .We went to the rooftop bar and had an amazing time. The atmosphere and service were great. Definitely a must do if you are looking for a good time.Overall, I had a great experience here.Everything was great at this hotel

I checked into the deluxe room of Park Lane Hotel on June 27, arrived at the reception at 1330 on the same day, and was quickly arranged to stay on the 16th floor! The room is clean and comfortable with a little sea view! Only the hot water temperature of the bathtub faucet is insufficient! Friends who want to take a bath may be disappointed! There is also a coffee machine and daily necessities in the room! The package includes buffet that night and breakfast the next day! The buffet dinner food is plentiful, fresh and delicious! Oyster lobster Chinese and Western food, dazzling and delicious! Worth attending again! For breakfast the next day, the location is all restaurants with buffets, and the breakfast styles are not too many! But it is enough to fill the stomach. I have scrambled eggs with porridge and noodles, and it tastes good! Overall, the whole stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and I will go again if I have the chance!

Booked a 1-night stay in Park Lane and upgraded to harbour view room for our anniversary day. Due to the recent covid situation in HK, there weren’t as many people booking hotel rooms. Therefore, check-in was really fast as we were the only room checking-in at that time. The staff was very generous to offer us late check-out to 4pm but instead we chose 3pm as we had other plans after 3pm. This was a bonus for our stay⭐️ Food-wise, the afternoon tea food and cocktail choices were not bad. Since it’s facing the harbour, we chilled there for around 1.5 hr☺️and it’s quite relaxing to sit there! Didn’t expecting a lot for our in-room dinner but it turned out pretty good!! If 1 downside I would have to say will be the smell in the room. It smelt like there was a slight sewage problem as when we first entered the room, it smelt a bit like poop😅. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay! great hospitality, delicious food and room was pretty clean☺️
