Overnight Glamping at Cheung Chau Saiyuen

This is my second time, the experience was amazing, it is very relaxing and comfortable after entering the camp, we all had a great time and plan to do it again next time, the most important thing is the attitude of the staff was great, it is a really nice place and clean, easy to reach. experience:

the tent and facilities turned out to be better than expected. i like Fantasy which bathroom is inside the tent. Kids love the facilities and bbq. only thing is it is a bit overpriced during CNY time will be better to come in non peak period which is almost 3 times less.

This was an unforgettable time for me and my whole family. It's also our first glamping experience, so we were very pleased with everything. One of our family friends rented the other tent with a private BBQ grill, bonfire and swing, so we got the chance to experience all of that too. The next day, the goats woke us up and that was really cool for my kids. We also saw a lot of coi fishes and got to explore the whole park the next day. I recommend going to Sai Yuen and we're already planning for our next trip there.

Always go for Mangolian Ger. Five star. Booked American Teepee initially. very dissapointing. Tents are faded from outside with some fungal growth as well and small. Inside is clean but no ventilation so that distinct trapped odour hits you as you enter. Amoungst lots of vegetation so loads of bugs and mosquitoes. Very kind of reception to change my booking then and there. Big thank you. Mangolian Ger has sea view. 2 huge beds. Even a dining table inside. Separate wash room and bbq area which are just outside. Had a wonderful overnight stay with my family here. Just beware of the goats in the morning.

"Xia Shang" is located in the center of the camp. You can quickly walk to the covered barbecue area through the grassland. The bathroom and toilet are built in the tent, which is more convenient and clean. The children like the recreational facilities near the barbecue area. They can get close to the sheep during the day. The paid activities "Wild Beggar Chicken" and "Fun Crispy Egg Waffles" are also a good experience for children. But be aware that there are many mosquitoes in the camp. Even if you spray mosquito repellent, it will not work much. Be mentally prepared. It would be better if more tables and stools could be arranged in the tent, and pillows and slippers could be provided for children.

We rented a dome house, which included a barbecue grill and a separate toilet and bathroom facilities (there was just a sewer smell near the toilet, but it was pretty good for a campsite). The campsite is well lit with lights. We asked the front desk for help to light the stove and get rid of the goats, and we got help quickly. I would like to offer some advice on grazing goats. I think it would be better to provide a fixed area (such as a green grassland). While we were enjoying breakfast outdoors, the food attracted 8-10 goats who came to grab our food, jumped on the wooden benches and countertops, and created a mess. Our food and utensils were soiled and some had to be thrown away. We understand that the animals have no intention of causing damage, but there are always people who are not good at handling it.

Xiyuan is a great place to get close to nature. If you have children, there are many activities suitable for you. You can have a BBQ. There are also many campsites. This time we booked a dome house. Since the dome house campsite and the independent toilet are not covered, it is troublesome to go to the toilet at night when it rains heavily. In addition, the shower room and toilet are next to it and are also quite small.

always lovely to glamp here at Sai Yuen!! I bought fresh seafood from Cheung Chau market and we grilled them in the evening ! I love how they provided the tongs, dishes, 2 bags if charcoals, fire starters, and lighter. My girls are a bit fussy so having our private bathroom is a bonus!

After arriving at Cheung Chau, it was easy to find the location of Xiyuan. You can take a boat + walk or walk. The West Garden has complete facilities, including independent toilets and independent barbecue areas. The barbecue also provides charcoal and tongs, which is very convenient.

Fortunately, the good weather allowed us to have a satisfying luxury vacation experience. The facilities in the tent are sufficient and very clean. It is also convenient to have your own barbecue grill. The children enjoyed Ma Liu’s tree climbing and charcoal-roasted egg waffles, and hope to come again next time.
