Eligibility
- Participants must be aged 3+ to participate in this activity
- Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying parent/guardian who meets the requirements for participation in this activity.
- Each eligible and paid parent/guardian may accompany a maximum of two eligible and paid participants aged 3-11 for the activity.

Ocean Park Ocean Night Wonders Terms and Conditions
- The programme is suitable for children aged 3 or above and their parent/guardian. However, participants who are under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by a paying parent/guardian who satisfies all programme requirements
- Each participant aged 18 or above can accompany a maximum of TWO participants aged 3-11 or maximum of TEN participants aged 12-17
- Participants who are suffering from any disease (including, but not limited to fever, coughing, cold/flu, skin disease, fainting/giddiness/loss of consciousness when in close contact with animals, phobia of water or animals, allergy to fish or depressed immune mechanisms), under the influence of medication and/or alcohol are not recommended to participate in this programme
- The programme will mainly be conducted in Cantonese supplemented with English. English-speaking session can be arranged upon request at time of application
- Participants must not be suffering from any infectious disease specified in the First Schedule to the Prevention and Control of Disease Ordinance (Cap 599 of the laws of Hong Kong)
- To safeguard all participants, sick participants are requested to stay home. Ocean Park reserves the right to request the sick participants to leave the programme in case of such necessities
- If a situation arises where a participant threatens the safety or security of himself/herself or another participant, or if a participant shows disregard for programme guidelines, the participant may be dismissed from the programme at the discretion of Ocean Park. The participating parent/guardian shall have responsibility for the child’s safety and behaviour at all times and is obliged to conduct himself or herself in such manner so as to achieve this. The Park will not be responsible for any costs associated with a participant’s dismissal on the grounds of disruptive behaviour
- Participants shall not behave otherwise than in an orderly manner in Ocean Park or behave in an obscene or indecent manner
- In case of emergency, participants must be able to quickly exit the activity venue under the guidance of Park’s staff
- A condition of entry is to comply with all the park’s By-laws and safety rules which are available at the entrances of Ocean Park. Ocean Park shall be under no liability or responsibility for any loss of any kind or any damage to any property of any person inthe Park.
- Participants must at all times strictly follow all the instructions given by the Park’s staff and to the satisfaction of the staff giving the instruction
- The Park’s staff shall at all times have the full and final right to determine whether any participant is suitable for the programme and may refuse entry if refusal is necessary to ensure safety or order
- If the Park’s property is found lost or damaged during the programme, reimbursement in full cost must be made by the participant concerned.
- The criteria listed above are subjected to change at the discretion of the Park and without prior notice
Registration Information
- The programme date chosen cannot be changed upon confirmation, except under the circumstances stated in Session C. All payment made are non-transferable and non-refundable
- Please arrive at the gathering point punctually. Late-comer might not be admitted to the programme
- Participant’s name, confirmation letter and the credit card used for payment should be presented for verification on the date of visit
- All participants are not allowed to leave the group without a prior approval from the instructor
- It is highly recommended that no valuable items should be brought to the Park. Ocean Park shall be under no liability or responsibility for any loss or any damage to the property of any participant in the Park
- Tent, mattress and thermal equipment will be provided by the Park. Participants could bring their own if necessary
- All participants are recommended to wear causal out-fit and bring daily necessities (e.g. tooth brush, toothpaste), a bottle of water, hat/cap, sunscreen lotion, umbrella and mosquito repellent. Participant may also bring along pillow and warm clothes if necessary
- It is prohibited to take photo, video or use mobile phone at the back-of-house of all animal facilities
- The itinerary or content of the programme may be subject to change without prior notice
- The Programme Fee does not include the stay-behind fee for the next day
- We will take all practicable steps to destroy your personal data within a reasonable period of time that is six months from the programme date. However, where you consent or do not object to the use of your personal data in direct marketing, we may continue to retain and use your personal data (primary your name and contact details) in direct marketing product, service, activities and other subjects to you until you opt out from direct marketing at any time
Activity Changes or Cancellation
- The itinerary or content of the programme may be subject to change without prior notice, changing or cancellation of the Programme may be made in the following circumstances:
- If there is insufficient enrolment, we reserve the right to cancel or arrange another programme date for the participant; or
- Cancellation due to inclement weather, including but not limited to the hoisting of Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal no.8 or above, or black rainstorm warning issued by Hong Kong Observatory; or
- Any safety issue regarding any participant, staff or animals; or
- Decision for immediate cancellation of the Programme at sole discretion of the Executive Director of the Park or his/her delegate. Programme will be re-scheduled for the affected participants under the above mentioned circumstances.
- Ocean Park reserves the right to change the above contents at any time without further notice
- Data is subject to change without prior notice.
- Ocean Park reserves the right to make the final decision on the activity.
