The room was very big and very clean. The price of the shrimp tarts and garlic buns was almost affordable. However, the food arrived later than the scheduled time. It took about 30 minutes to wait, so I had to wait patiently. Other than that, everything has been a good experience since checking in. I will go there again and recommend it to other friends if I have the chance.

The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.Room was clean and delightful,we took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner and have drinks.It was great.Service top notch,offering incredible staycation packages.Again, the impeccable service and hospitality of your staff made our retreat most enjoyable. We were very impressed and thank you so much. Nice lobby with some sort grand decor. Additionally, the buffets served were highly sumptuous,we love it and definitely will come back again.

Check-in took a bit of time (about 50 mins) as there was a long queue, but the check-in process was efficient once we reached the counter. The room was a good size and included a sofa and coffee table in the room. My son liked the free minibar items. Beds were comfortable. Both my son and daughter enjoyed the cocktail time because 'finger fish' was served. Red and white wine, coffee, tea, soft drinks and vodka were served. Afternoon tea was a good as a break time activity for us and we enjoyed the finger sandwiches. The breakfast buffet was enjoyed by the whole family and there was something for everyone.

We just paid HKD978 we enjoy the Afternoon Tea Buffet, Cocktail Evening and Specially the Breakfast Buffet with very good variety of food are available. We check in early 12:30 noon instead of 3pm and check out 1pm. Staff was very helpfull and polite (Cristina Wong - The Continental Club). The location is good. In general it was a pleasant stay. I will stay again next time. Very highly recommended, I already book another package for my Daughter.
