I personally enjoyed the trip. But this bus should be for people who want to sleep. The Manager Mr Bang Phang was fine. It is a good Idea to sleep on top or at the front. The pitch and roll at the back are quite substantial causing illness and vomiting. Use this company for various other buses and this Bus for night travel.
I had a comfortable trip from Ha Giang to Hanoi. I would like to use it again next time, but I would prefer to board and disembark in the vicinity of Noi Bai Hanoi Airport. If there is such a place, please provide the Google Maps coordinates.
only thing concerned was the seat was assigned in upper cabinet, preferred the lower cabinet.
I've traveled to Ha Giang from Hanoi twice, and I always use this bus service. It's always a comfortable trip to Ha Giang.
The journey from near Hoan Kiem Lake to Ha Giang Terminal took 6 hours after boarding. It seemed like the only departure time was 9 PM. They didn't provide water. We arrived comfortably at our desired destination. After arriving at the rest stop around 11 PM and resting for about 30 minutes, you can have a simple meal then.
There's not much choice when it comes to transportation to Ha Giang, but personally, I think a limousine would be better. It's frustrating and makes me nauseous because I can't sit down for the 7-hour journey. However, it seems very useful for travelers moving at night. Enjoy the Vietnamese sleeping bus with romance.
The bus staff were very friendly. I took a ride from Hanoi Airport and went to Ha Giang. I took a breather on the bus and arrived in Ha Giang.
Everything is just perfect and fine. Even all the staff not speaking English,but there try the best to help.
this was a 3 bed seater bus per row, a bit narrow but still quite comfortable. appreciated that they did hotel drop off as we arrived Hanoi really late. the pick up was on time also. I would recommend this
The bus was clean but we had to wait for another passenger for so long.
