If you guys want to find a transportation from Airport to Jetty Besut, better choose this bus. On time and can even come early if u deal with them early because of the flight arrived early. Clean and comfortable.
Very convenient and worth for money. The office/meeting point is very near from Kuala besut jetty and surrounded by shops and restaurant for quick bites. Staffs are very helpful and friendly !

Contact person from the company contacted me right after confirmation from Klook. Because it's a share ride on a van, my 8am became a 10am leave from airport, straight go the jetty. Thr contact person gave me the driver's contact the morning of my ride to Kuala Besut jetty. Both the contact person and driver are responsive.

Remember to write down your flight number and arrival time before you purchase from Klook. The driver was friendly and the drive from KB airport to Besut jetty was smooth.
Easy safe and flexible, my flight got delayed but the driver waited for me out of the booking time . Comfy seats and much much much easier than taking bus , highly recommended
I didn’t go with this. Klook should have the discretion to let their customers cancel bookings like this due to rising covid cases. We were so scared, hence we didn’t go.
