Blue Tears Experience with Boat Cruise at Kuala Selangor

Very nice experience. I recommend booking the tour with a transfer. We traveled from Kuala Lumpur with Grab, which wasn't a problem, but it took forever to find one for the return trip.

Firstly i would like to give my sincere greatfulness and thankfulness on the timing. I didnt see my phone that they told me to be there by 6:15pm and i was a little late. They were so kind to wait for me and make sure i enjoy what i paid for. Very kind of them. Eagle feeding was one of the best things ever it totally exceeded my expectations. I would say the fireflies were kinda underwhelming as they were just stuck in the bushes and very few coming in to our boat to see up close. Still i would say it was a nice experience. The blue tears wasnt great at all cause couldn't see anything much at all la actually. But also keep in mind that the skies were too bright since full moon. So try ro time urself to go during a crescent moon or what to really see. Lastly i would like to say that, it was my first time having a night boat ride! How cool is that?! I have never been on a speed boat at night and the driver of the boat was such a nice old chinese uncle that was kind and fun. Overall, for the price this is something i would highly recommend to others. Thank you. Also im not sure qhy cant i upload videos as I have pretty nice ones.

The Blue Tears experience was fascinating. Seeing the bioluminescence plankton glow in the water was a unique sight and something I had never experienced before.

the instructor is good, however the blue is not that obvious, may need a good camera to capture

If you take the mesh stick and wave it in the sea, it can emit a subtle fluorescent light. My niece was fascinated by it.

Amazing experience. The boat captain who is also the guide ensured we have opportunities to see the organisms to make the blue tears. Hard to catch a proper picture due to the darkness though so experience with your eyes else pray that your camera can capture good videos.

It was such a pleasant trip, both the blue tears and fireflies..a unique experience indeed! Kids were extremely excited too. Jetty staff were friendly and informative. Overall, value for money. Time well spent with the family.

This was a fun trip, although not the easiest place to find. They had us wait on a neat old boat that doubled as a restaurant, and provided us with life jackets for the trip. We were able to see the plankton, it was magical. Would recommend the experience!
