- If you pick up the scooter after 12:00 noon on weekends, national holidays or the day before them, your rental time will be counted since 12:00 noon on your pick-up date
- If you rent a scooter during 3 days (or more) national holidays, the operator will charge an additional fee NTD100 per day per scooter. Expenses should be paid on-site.

- Before making a reservation, please make sure the International Driving Permit (IDP) issued by your home country is eligible for car rental service in Taiwan
- A valid credit card from the Lessee (Visa and MasterCard are accepted) is required. For security reasons, a copy will be taken before the rental begins
- The driver or lessee must be at least aged 20+ with a driver's license valid for at least 12 month(s) before the expiration date
- Required documents: Driver's license
- Insurance details: Compulsory insurance
- Hong Kong: An international driving permit is not required. You may present your local driver’s license upon pick up
- Macau: An international driving permit is not required. You may present your local driver’s license upon pick up or at least 14 days within the rental period
- Japan: Japanese driver’s license and the Chinese translated copy of your Japanese driver’s license are required
- Singapore and Malaysia: Singaporean and Malaysian nationals are allowed to book car rental services in Taiwan with IDP and local driver's license
- China, Korea, and Thailand: Tourists originating from these countries are not allowed to book car rental services in Taiwan
- The driving permission of each country’s IDP or local driver’s license is subject to the latest update of Taiwan authority
- Pick Up Requirements for Taiwanese citizens: Taiwanese ID, driver’s license, and credit card (valid at least 6 months)
- Pick Up Requirements for Non-Taiwanese passport holders: Passport, English IDP (International Driving Permit), valid local driver’s license issued by the country authorizing your IDP, and credit card (valid at least 6 months)
Additional information
- You are required to inform the authority and the operator immediately if any accidents occur. Please do not try to settle the compensation or fix the car without prior notice. Otherwise, you may have to pay all costs and expense for the loss or damages
- When returning the vehicle, it is recommended that the passenger check and take photos or videos of all sides of the vehicle to avoid subsequent disputes
