Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- No refunds or changes will be given to latecomers and no-shows, and to those who were denied service for refusing to follow the rules and regulations of the operator
- If you've attended at least one experience, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, you cannot request for refunds
- The activity will be cancelled if the number of participants do not meet the minimum number. A full refund will be issued

Booking changes policy
- Change are allowed until 1 day(s) before activity starts
- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

- Children aged 0-2 can join this activity free of charge
- Children aged 3+ will be charged the same rate as adults
- Free for children aged 0-2 as long as they will not occupy separate seats
- This activity requires a minimum of 1 participant(s). If the minimum is not met, you can book an alternative date or request a full refund
