- Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service
- Re-entry is not allowed once you have entered.
- The luggage storage service allows you to store large items, such as suitcases, before entering and retrieve them after going out. Based on your payment time you can use this service for 24 hours, feel free to store your luggage and return to use the remaining time!
- ※After you return your key and exit the sauna/jjimjilbang, you cannot store your luggage(suitcase) or re-enter Sauna.
- ※ If you are going to use the sauna right away without leaving the venue, you do not need to purchase the luggage storage option. Free storage is available during your sauna usage time.
- [Cleaning time] The men's bathhouse cleaning time is 00:30~01:30, and the women's bathhouse cleaning time is 03:00~04:00. During these hours, some bathhouse facilities may be unavailable.
- For hygiene and cleanliness, we recommend using a personal scrubbing towel. If you do not bring your own, a shared scrubbing towel will be provided. If you need a new scrub towel, you can purchase one on-site.
- Bring alcohol or food is prohibited.
- Entry is restricted for individuals who may pose a risk to others, such as those with mental illnesses, infectious skin diseases, or excessive drinker.
- ◆During night time (22:00-05:00), minors (born in 2007 or later) without a guardian will have restricted use.
- An additional fee will be charged if you stay beyond 24 hours.
- Please be cautious of theft due to the lost key. Valuables must be stored at the counter, as we are not responsible for items lost or stolen due to personal negligence. A compensation fee of 20,000 KRW will be required for lost key.
- Please make sure to store any cash or valuables at the counter upon entry. The facility is not responsible for any lost items that ar not stored at the counter.
- Large luggages taht cannot be stored in the locker room should be checked and receive a confirmation ticket at the counter and stored in the designated area.
- 3 hours of free parking is provided. Please register for free parking at the desk before exit. (After 3 hours, a fee of 1,500 KRW will be charged every 30 minutes).
- It is your responsibility to inform the operator if you have any special health conditions. The operator is not responsible for any adverse effects which may arise from any treatment.
- This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
- Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member

Both receptionists were a bit brusque, but since the interactions were so brief, it didn't bother me. I read reviews saying the ladies at the shop would pressure you into buying things you don't need, but that wasn't the case at all. The two ladies running the mugwort steam spa were cheerful and kind; even though we didn't share a language, it was a wonderful and fun time. I did a mugwort steam session somewhere else the day before, but this place was cheaper (it was 2,000 won), the temperature was hotter, they give you pomegranate juice, and it was amazing. I'm going to come here every time I visit Korea!

Right outside Dongdaemun Station, take the elevator to the B3 floor. The environment is fairly clean, and buying on Klook is a better deal than buying on-site. There are many locals and tourists.

When you are exhausted and want to stop and rest, a jjimjilbang is a great place. No one manages how you rest, and there is food and drink available. It's a wonderful place.

Great experience at the baths. The ladies were patient and explained the scrub and baths very well to me. On the other hand, the woman at the restaurant was HORRIBLE. She yelled at us to get our ticket just to throw it in the trash. Zero guidance for foreigners. We really felt completely unwelcome in that area.

If you are staying in Dongdaemun and want to take a bath, I recommend this place. However, unlike Japanese public baths, there is no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash provided—only soap. You can buy them at the shop, but cash is recommended. I only had a card and ended up making a tiny charge with it 💦 There are also paid body scrubs (akings) and mugwort steaming, but these are cash only, and you have to buy a body scrub towel, which was quite expensive. Please be careful. If you want to soak in a bath to refresh yourself or enjoy the jjimjilbang, I recommend it.
