It is fast and we didn’t encounter any problem in connecting to the internet. The shop is open very early. The discription says 6:00am is opening time but we arrived in Kuala Lumpur Internation Airport around 5am and the shop is already open.

Extremely conveniently located just outside the international arrival hall. the staff are very effective and quick in prioritising and handing over the sim along with activating and configuring for immediate usage. It was a fast and smooth experience for a seem less setup within minutes. highly recommended

The stoee where you claim the sim is a bit far when you exit the gates but you just need to ask where Jaya Grocer is and it is just beside it. The sim is great so far. Strong internet connection anywhere. Best to download the Digi app to monitor data usage.

very easy to pick up the sim after showing your booking. place also really easy to access. you have to walk a bit from arrival hall. had no issue with signal in KL and Cameron Highland. recommend for anyone

So far so good! Been using it for a couple days and its working really well, no issues with internet connection. Hotspot works fine as well. Managed to get the sim card rapidly after coming out of the arrivals, after luggage pick up and Immigration. The Digi store is a bit hard to find but you can always ask someone like I did to find it. The workers in the digi store were efficient and had my new sim inserted in no time.

Used that simcard two times, first time pickup in KLIA 1, second in KLIA 2. In both cases Digi booth is easy to find (follow the directions from klook description), simcard works OK, 4G+ and fast connection in KLCC.

It was a bit hard to find and I had to ask some airport personnel to help me find the store. They open around 6 AM and I find it convenient because my flight arrived just around that time. If you are having a hard time looking for it, it's beside Jaya Grocer. So far, I don't have any problems with DIGI SIM and I'm experiencing good internet connectivity and speed.

Search for Jaya grocer shop was located beside Jaya grocer just show your Klook voucher provide your phone and passport and thats it enjoy 5G network..
