- Door-to-Door Private Transfer: Seamless private charter between Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, KLIA/KLIA2 (including Kota Warisan/Sepang town), and Sepang International Circuit for F1 race days and events.
- Service Zone Boundaries & Area Coverage:
- KL / PJ / Putrajaya / Cyberjaya Zone: Covers Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Petaling Jaya, Putrajaya, and Cyberjaya.
- KLIA & Sepang Town Zone: Covers KLIA Terminal 1 & Terminal 2, and Sepang town areas (Kota Warisan, Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi, and Dengkil).
- Strictly Excluded Out-of-Zone Coastal Areas: Coastal and beach areas including Morib Beach, Bagan Lalang, and Avani Sepang Goldcoast Resort are strictly OUTSIDE service coverage. Pick-up or drop-off in these areas requires a customized distance surcharge or will result in booking refusal with zero refund.
- Point-to-Point Airport Transfer Notice (No Flight Tracking): Transfers to/from KLIA/KLIA2 are point-to-point private transfers, NOT standard flight-monitored airport transfer packages. Flight tracking service is NOT included. Drivers will arrive strictly based on your selected booking pick-up time. The 30-minute complimentary waiting time begins exactly at your scheduled booking time, not flight landing time. If your flight is delayed or rescheduled, please notify the operator/driver immediately in advance (subject to vehicle availability); otherwise, standard overtime waiting fees or no-show policies will strictly apply.
- Vehicle Fleet Options: Choose from 5-Seater Sedan, 7-Seater SUV, or Luxury Toyota Alphard. Fuel and toll fees included.
- F1 Traffic & Flight Departure Advisory: Severe traffic congestion is expected around Sepang Circuit during F1 sessions (travel delays of 2.5–3.5+ hours). For airport departures, schedule pick-up at least 5–6 hours before scheduled flight departure time. Operator is not liable for delayed arrival or missed flights due to circuit congestion. Circuit drop-off/pick-up strictly at designated official external zones.
- Complimentary Waiting Time (30 Mins): Free waiting time is strictly 30 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time. After 30 minutes, overtime charges apply or driver may depart without refund if passenger cannot be contacted.
- Overtime Surcharges (Cash to Driver): 5-Seater Sedan: RM 80/hour | 7-Seater SUV: RM 110/hour | Toyota Alphard: RM 180/hour. Overtime fees payable directly in cash to the driver.
- Midnight Surcharge (Cash to Driver): Pick-up or drop-off between 23:00 and 06:59 incurs an additional RM 50 per vehicle/booking.
- Luggage & Passenger Capacities: 5-Seater Sedan: Max 3 passengers + 2 check-in bags (24") | 7-Seater SUV: Max 4 passengers + 4 check-in bags | Alphard: Max 5 passengers + 4 check-in bags. Exceeding vehicle luggage or passenger limits may result in service refusal with zero refund.
