It was a great experience. The tour guide Ms. Li was very professional in both Chinese and Korean, and explained the itinerary very vividly and interestingly! Depart from Seomyeon Station in the morning and go to Cicada Castle, in the afternoon go to Wind Hill, and then go to the Prison Camp Museum that explains the history of North and South Korea! A very rare and highly recommended experience!

The driver will contact you 2 days in advance. The pickup and drop-off on the day went smoothly, and the driver's Chinese is pretty good, making communication easy.

This was the worst car service I've ever hired. I kept having to walk myself (and the kids were tired and uncomfortable). They kept saying it was close and to just walk, or that there wasn't good parking (you could have dropped us off and parked yourself, otherwise why did I hire a car?). They didn't follow my itinerary, but instead did what they wanted, and they couldn't translate. My whole family was about to lose it. I don't even want to give it one star.

He specially bought umbrellas for us to use on rainy days. He was worried that we would not have any umbrellas to use when it rained at Busan attractions. He also thoughtfully provided banana milk for the children to drink. He followed us all day long, lent a helping hand when needed, and helped us take many group photos. She takes care of us like family members. If we need to go a long way during the trip, she will drive herself so that we don’t have to go that far. Yuanyuan is really a great tour guide. She helps me introduce attractions and buy tickets first, helping us. It’s really great to find an alternative to rainy days. I miss those two days very much.
