• Guests must be at least 90cm tall to use the facilities.
• Children under 90cm may enter for free when accompanied by a participating guest, but they are not allowed to use the facilities.
• For safety reasons, wearing non-slip socks is mandatory. (Available for purchase separately.)
• If you only wish to observe, a guardian observation ticket must be purchased on-site.
• Guardian observation tickets are available for purchase at the on-site venue.
• Some facilities have separate operating hours. Please check the schedule on-site.
• For your safety, you must follow all instructions from the staff. Any issues caused by failure to follow staff instructions will be the guest's responsibility.
• An additional fee of 2,500 KRW will be charged for every 10 minutes exceeding the allotted time. Payment must be made on-site.
• If the maximum capacity is reached, entry may be restricted and waiting times may occur. Refunds will not be provided for these reasons.
