From July 10 to August 31, the “CHIIKAWA’S ADVENTURE” will make its grand debut at Langham Place! The entire mall will be transformed into the mysterious "Mermaid Island", with a captivating atmosphere spreading from the main entrance all the way to the upper levels, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the experience. Whether you want to take endless photos, watch the movie while redeeming exclusive rewards, or snap up CHIIKAWA the Movie: The Secret of the Mermaid Island film merchandise and over 300 hot-selling items launched in sync with Japan! This is an absolute must-visit for CHIIKAWA fans this summer. We cordially invite everyone to accept the "subjugation quest" and pierce through to the ultimate secret behind Mermaid Island together!

— Booking Instructions —

Registration for the CHIIKAWA’S ADVENTURE — Mermaid Island’s Souvenir Shop will open in rounds. Please see the schedule below: • Round 1: Registration opens on July 8 at 10:00 AM (HKT) for visits between July 10 and July 16. • Round 2: Registration opens on July 13 at 10:00 AM (HKT) for visits between July 17 and July 23. • Round 3: Registration opens on July 20 at 10:00 AM (HKT) for visits between July 24 and July 30.

— Booking Steps —

1.Go to the booking page and choose your date, timeslot, and number of visitors. 2.Max 2 people per booking (1 applicant + 1 companion). The applicant must provide their full English name, phone number, and email. 3.After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code, which is your [Entry Pass]. 4.Use this QR code to enter during your booked timeslot. • Note: Applicants with a companion will receive 2 QR codes. Companions do not need to fill in info. • Children aged 3 or under do not need to register (no shopping quota included).

— Admission Steps —

1.Arrive on your booked date and timeslot with your [Entry Pass]. 2.The entrance (Zone A) opens 15 minutes before each session for queuing. 3.Companions must enter together with the applicant. 4 .Show your QR code (app/email) and ID at entry. Staff will scan the code and check names. 5.Staff may request an original photo ID matching the registered name for verification. 6.You must arrive at least 15 minutes before your timeslot ends, or your booking becomes invalid. (Example: For a 13:00 - 13:30 slot, arriving at 13:16 means NO entry).

CHIIKAWA ""Hunting Stick"" Balloon Redemption Date and Location

Date: Aug 2 (Tue) - Aug 8 (Sat) Location: L12, Langham Place

Redemption Process Step 1: Reservation via Klook - Select the date, time, and location on the Klook reservation page to obtain a queue voucher. ・Once the voucher is successfully obtained, the redemption time, location, and other details cannot be changed or replaced. ・Each person is limited to one (1) queue voucher. ・Real-name registration is required (Name, Mobile Number, and Email). Step 2: Arrive at the Redemption Point- Upon receiving the confirmation email, proceed to the designated redemption point at the specific date and time shown on the voucher. ・Redemption will not be possible for late arrivals, expired vouchers, or those arriving at the wrong location. ・If the participant fails to redeem the item at the designated time and place, the voucher will become void and no alternative slots will be arranged. Step 3: Identity & Voucher Verification - Participants must open the Klook App and present the valid in-app voucher to staff (Screenshots are invalid). ・Each voucher is for single use during the scheduled session only. Photographs, screenshots, or forwarded email QR codes will not be accepted. You must use the original voucher within the Klook App. ・Staff reserve the right to request identity documents (HKID/Passport) to verify the registered name and mobile number. If the participant is not the registered individual, the Organizer reserves the right to void the voucher. Step 4: Confirmation & Redemption - Upon verification by staff, participants will receive one CHIIKAWA ““Hunting Stick”” Balloon.

• Each successful registrant may bring up to 1 guests (maximum of 2 people per group).

• Real-name registration is required. Bookings are non-cancellable, non-transferable, and non-resellable. Name changes are not permitted. • Each person is limited to one registration for the duration of the event. • Participants must present a valid electronic ticket and a photo identification document for on-site real-name verification. • In the event of severe weather or any force majeure causing the temporary suspension of the ““CHIIKAWA’S ADVENTURE — Mermaid Island Souvenir Shop”” at Langham Place, no cancellations, changes to reserved sessions, or substitute sessions will be provided. Apologize for any inconvenience.

On-site Photography Rules: • Each person is limited to one registration. • Successful registrants must arrive at the event venue 15 minutes before their designated time slot. • Example: If your slot is 12:00 – 12:30, and you arrive after 12:26 (5 minutes before the session ends), your entry qualification will be forfeited. • Each group is allocated 50 seconds for photography. Only one mobile phone or camera may be used per group.
