— Terms & Conditions —

• Ensure your registered name exactly matches your ID/passport. Nicknames or aliases will not be accepted. • Children aged 3 or under do not need to register to enter with a booked adult, but they will not get a shopping quota. • You will not be allowed entry if you cannot present a valid [Entry Pass] QR code. • Each person can only register once per day. Duplicate bookings will be cancelled, leaving only the earliest one valid. • Once booked, no information can be changed (name, email, phone, date, or timeslot). • The [Entry Pass] only guarantees entry, not product availability. • Do not buy passes from unauthorized sources. Staff reserve the right to deny entry to anyone with an unauthorized pass. • Terms, conditions, and queuing methods are subject to change without notice. The organizer reserves the right to make the final decision.

— Purchase Limits —

• Limited to 2 pieces per item per person. Duplicate purchases may be refused. • Limited quantities available, while stocks last, without prior notice. • Only 1 checkout per person. Bill splitting or re-queuing is not allowed. • Staff may check your entry proof to verify purchase eligibility and ensure you only buy once. • Inspect items before paying. No refunds or exchanges after purchase. • The organizer reserves the right of final decision. • Please refer to on-site announcements for any other purchase rules.

• Real-name registration is required. Bookings are non-cancellable, non-transferable, and non-resellable. Name changes are not permitted. • All slots are available on a first-come-first-served basis while spots last. • Each successful registrant may bring up to 1 guests (maximum of 2 people per group). • Please ensure the name provided during registration exactly matches your government-issued ID (HKID/Passport). Nicknames or English aliases will not be accepted. • Staff reserve the right to request that all entrants present the original photo-bearing identification document matching the registered name to verify eligibility. • Entry will not be permitted if a valid [Entry Pass] QR code cannot be presented.

— "CHIIKAWA The Movie: The Secret of the Mermaid Island" New "Hunting Stick" Balloon Redemption Vouchers Temrs & Conditions —

• Vouchers are limited. If you fail to obtain a voucher, you cannot receive the free souvenir. • Without the Organizer’s consent, vouchers, souvenirs may not be resold or used for promotional purposes. • Queue vouchers are valid only for the designated date, time, and location. Once successfully obtained, the redemption time, location, and other details cannot be changed or replaced. • Strict Real-Name System, Limited to one registration and one voucher per person. Using multiple accounts, different phone numbers, or emails to duplicate registrations is strictly prohibited. • If the system or staff discover one individual holding two or more vouchers, all related vouchers will be voided immediately without notice. • Vouchers are non-transferable and must be redeemed by the registrant in person. No proxies or letters of authorization will be accepted. Please ensure you can queue in person before registering. • Safeguard your voucher. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be reissued or replaced by the Organizer or Klook. • Souvenirs are promotional items and not for sale. Once distributed, no exchanges or compensation will be provided for damage, defects, or personal preference. • Free souvenirs will be distributed randomly; specific styles or characters cannot be requested or specified. • The registered ticket holder shall be the sole party responsible for the collection of the free souvenirs; therefore, no requests for reissuance, replacement, or rescheduling will be accepted for any personal reasons or external disruptions, including but not limited to lateness, or the delay, suspension, and cancellation of any land, air, or sea transportation services.

Right of Interpretation: The right to interpret these Terms and Conditions rests solely with the Organizer. The results of such interpretation shall be final and conclusive.

Bad Weather Arrangement

Amber / Red Rainstorm Warning, Typhoon Signal No. 1 & No. 3: The Pop-up Store will remain open and operate as usual.

Black Rainstorm Warning:

• Issued at or before 9:00 AM: The store will close and will reopen 2 hours after the warning is lowered to Amber/Red. Affected bookings will be automatically cancelled without prior notice. • Issued during business hours: The store will remain open. However, if you cannot arrive due to road conditions or traffic, your booking will be automatically cancelled without prior notice.

Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Above / Government ""Extreme Conditions"":

• Issued at or before 9:00 AM: The store will close and will reopen 2 hours after the signal is lowered. • Lowered before 4:00 PM: The store will reopen within 2 hours. • Pre-No. 8 Announcement: The store will close within 1 hour once the Observatory announces an upcoming Signal No. 8. • Lowered after 4:00 PM: The store will remain closed for the rest of the day.

Note: All bookings affected by Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above / Black Rainstorm closures will be automatically cancelled without prior notice.
