The self-guided tour is really easy for tourists who like to avoid crowd and visit at your own paces. I arrived the palace after lunch and I had plenty of time to visit for everythings. The food...well...dont expect too much at this price but you come here definitely not for food, so, who cares. Be reminded that the food is served by banquet style. If you arrive late, you will skip starters and so on. The concert was really excellent which including a little chamber music and also soprano and alto peformance.
Beautiful Palace! Surprising delicious 3-courses meal! Love they have built a scene that as if you are really a royal guest invited by the King and Queen! The self-guided tour took around 1.5 hrs in total. Would recommend to spend 2-3 hours more to walk around the palace garden, very worthy! (We didn’t left enough time doing that which left a little regrets) The concert is fun, all performers has dressed up. You will not regret to have spent the day at Charlottenburg Palace! Definitely!
