I love it! aside from the convenience of going around Berlin without walking in the cold during winter, we also had free food and souvenir bag! I highly recommend it.

Best way to explore Berlin! There are lots of bus for red line but very limited for blue line, waiting time is almost one hour. Make sure to plan ahead.
We bought a 48hr essential ticket covering both red and blue routes. The staff are really helpful and friendly…. service with a smile. Routes covers all major sight seeing and places of interests. Best way to get around.
Best way to explore the City of Berlin in just a day. It will stop to all the tourist spot in berlin.
Very convenient, able to see everything in 3 hours without having any sore feet. what we did was ride all the way and noted places we want to come back to for photos. The audio guide was very helpful too..
