Actually a great experience with a multilingual guide (Naomi). Timing and guidance was well paced and genuine. The boating activity was excellent and very accessible (and entertaining). There was no end of the day pressuring or "revew begging" from the guides to leave high ratings which really highlighted their professionalism. Thanks for an amazing day.

Naomi was a great guide! She made us laugh, she's knowlageable, answered all our questions! Naomi made it easy to experience the train and the boat ride! She translated for us on the boat ride and made it clear where and when to meet!

The tour guide was very attentive. Since I was the only Chinese-speaking guest, she specially arranged for me to sit in the front row next to her so that she could speak Chinese with me and explain the day's itinerary.

Area is very touristy, over priced and the same as everywhere else. If you want to just tick it off your list then go but it is a lot of money for what you actually get on the trip. The train is uncomfortable and boring, there were some nice views but nothing unique or special. No river boat ride as it rained for 10 minutes so the whole thing was closed down…Tour guide was nice and the bus trip was comfortable no complaints there. Overall the company did well for a day trip even though it was a bit pricey, don’t think I would recommend this particular trip though due to the bland area.
