• The time spent visiting each attraction is determined by factors such as traffic conditions on the road or the number of participants on the day. The journey is relatively long, and if unexpected situations occur during the trip, the tour guide has the right to change the visiting times and routes of attractions based on the actual circumstances. • Due to the long journey, restroom facilities are limited on some sections of the route. Please prepare in advance and cooperate with the tour guide's arrangements for using rest stops.
• If the number of participants is small, guests will be picked up by a sea lion or a minibus, and the driver will guide the tour. The corresponding languages are only Chinese and Japanese.
• The weather at sea is unpredictable. If the whale watching boat is suspended due to force majeure factors such as weather, the whale watching trip may be adjusted to the third day. If complex extreme weather still prevents going out to sea on the third day, the whale watching trip will be changed to Tokachi Wine Garden. We appreciate your understanding.
• Our company will notify you 11 days before departure whether the group has been formed.
• Although this trip is scheduled for summer, due to strong winds at sea and a low perceived temperature, please prepare warm clothing in advance to prevent catching a cold.
• Guests prone to seasickness are kindly requested to prepare seasickness medication in advance; those in poor health are also urged to prioritize their own well-being and participate in relevant itineraries as appropriate.
• Whale watching activities may not be able to observe whales due to factors such as weather or sea conditions. Please understand that the specific situation will be subject to the actual conditions on the day and official arrangements.
• During your time at sea, please be sure to follow the instructions of the crew and staff, pay attention to safety, and avoid dangerous behavior on board.
• This itinerary includes one lunch and two hot spring dinners. Please prepare your own meals for the rest of the time. Thank you for your understanding.
• Depending on the package, the minimum number of participants for this tour is 4, 6, or 8 people. If the corresponding minimum number of participants is not met before departure, the tour will be canceled and a full refund will be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
• When visiting attractions, do not litter indiscriminately, so as not to damage the fragile local natural ecological environment. Leftover food or garbage may also attract wild animals (such as bears) to approach, posing certain safety risks. Please cooperate and pay attention.
• Children aged 3 and above require a seat on the bus. Children aged 0-2 do not occupy a bed in hotel accommodation; children aged 3 and above occupy a bed.
• Seniors aged 70 (inclusive) or above participating in this itinerary must be accompanied by family members or friends throughout the trip and sign a relevant waiver before the start of the itinerary. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
• The whale watching boat service for this tour is operated by Shiretoko Nature Cruise Co., Ltd. Departure times, route arrangements, and whether or not to depart will be adjusted based on the sea conditions and on-site safety assessment on the day of the tour.
• When a single person registers and requires a single room, an additional single room supplement of 29,000 JPY must be paid.
