We used a Klook voucher at Big Belly Burgers Manila this afternoon. Upon arrival, we were informed that the free S’mores included in the voucher was not available. However, we were not told that this would affect our ability to use the voucher, and the staff even scanned it, so we assumed everything was fine. Later, we were told we couldn’t fully use the voucher and were asked to pay additional charges, which was confusing. We reported the issue to Klook while we were still at the restaurant. After some time, the voucher was eventually honored as stated. We appreciate the resolution, but the delay and lack of clear communication affected our experience. We hope staff can better communicate voucher conditions to avoid this in the future.
