Serene Spa Packages in Hanoi

Amazing experience! I chose a 4-hour package that included an herbal bath, massage, coffee body scrub, and facial - it was a new expereince for me, but mostly was relaxing. I was unprepared for the amount how personal the therapist got, so just a heads up for anyone not comfortable with certain body contact (let them know in advance and they should adjust)! Welcome drink/snack and a smoothie mid-services was provided and that was a nice touch.

Had another wonderful customer service from Liam again! And have Selina as massage therapist, she’s very detail and caring, I had an awesome experience at this place! Going for my third spa tomorrow at the same location!

we booked this place becuse it was very well revised. However the overall experience was just fine. Firstly, we requested a separate room that didn’t happen. Then, we asked for separate steam bath time that also didn’t happen. The therapist skill was average - we had many experiences in Bangkok that’s a lot better.

It's in a very lively place in the old city, very convenient to where I live. This place has a good environment, good service and good technicians. I will come again next time

I chose a full body massage for 225 minutes. From the beginning to the end, they gave me a massage at the intensity I wanted, and they even paid attention to the temperature in case I got cold during the massage. I could see their meticulous consideration for customers. The staff were friendly and always greeted me with a smile. Thanks to them, my body was relieved of fatigue and my mind was healed. I am grateful to the staff.

The Hanoi trip was booked through Klook. Halong Bay has a very high CP value, but the massage project disappointed me. The price was expensive and I didn't get any service. The difference was too big.

I had an amazing experience with the sauna, massage, and body scrub package. The sauna was the perfect way to unwind and detox, followed by a relaxing massage that melted away all my stress. The body scrub left my skin feeling incredibly soft and rejuvenated. The staff were professional and attentive, making the entire experience soothing and refreshing. Highly recommend!

The location is 10 minutes convenient in the old town, but it is a bit different from the package content. There is no bathing spa, only a small sauna room. Like the body wash area, the masseur's gestures are ordinary. For this price, it is not cost-effective. high
