This was an amazing trip. It was arranged last minute and on golden week, that said communication was excellent through out. Haroon was our tour guide and was such a pleasure to go with….there was no rush and he even knew places to take photos without the usual hustle and bustle. Fully recommend!

I did this tour on 23rd March.. Unfortuenetly the weather was cloudy so we couldn't see Fuji mountain. However our tour guide Sufyan was excellent, very friendly and good driving skills. The scenery was exceptional and there was less crowd so we had plenty of time to explore. Overall great experience.

The entire trip was incredibly comfortable, and the driver was very professional, attentive, and punctual! We were also very lucky to have excellent weather, which made the whole experience even better.

Mixed experience. Initially, there was a misunderstanding about the vehicle size, but the local agent was very helpful in upgrading us to a Micro bus to accommodate our large group with elderly and children. Unfortunately, the vehicle had a DPF system failure during the trip, which caused some delays and concerns. However, the agent's problem-solving was excellent; they stayed in touch and extended the service time for us so we could finish our itinerary. I hope the operator improves their vehicle maintenance. Overall, the service and support were great despite the technical issues.

Mr. Morita is truly wonderful. I wanted to fulfill my dream of completing the Fuji-san Shingyoku 7 Pilgrimage, and he helped me achieve it. I thought it would be rushed, but the timing was absolutely perfect. He even made sure we got to eat at Fudo, a place I'd always wanted to try. I sincerely recommend him.
