Absolute highlight of my trip to China. It was an absolute joy to observe these wonderful animals, eating, playing, walking around, tumbling, sitting on a pool of water chilling out and then the Red Pandas walking all around and even above me as they cross over the pathways! I enjoyed it so much, I looped back around the giant panda section. Brilliantly laid out peaceful walk surrounded by trees. My tip, be there when it opens. I'd happily return to visit again.

An Amazing, Hassle-Free Experience! 🐼✨ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic time at Dujiangyan Panda Valley! Booking our tickets via Klook made the entire process incredibly smooth—entrance was a breeze as we just had to show our passports at the gate. No hassle at all. The entire valley is beautifully landscaped, very clean, and well-maintained, including the public restrooms which were surprisingly spotless. We arrived early, and it paid off. The pandas were quite active during the morning, and they were absolutely adorable to watch! But the absolute highlight of our trip was the Red Panda enclosure. Getting to experience the red pandas free-roaming right around us was an unforgettable and magical experience. Highly recommend visiting Panda Valley if you want a cleaner, well-organized, and slightly more intimate experience with the pandas! Tip: Definitely aim for a morning slot to catch the giant pandas during their breakfast and active time!

The place is well-maintained, spacious, and less crowded compared to other panda bases, which made the visit even more enjoyable. The pandas looked healthy and well cared for, and it was amazing to watch them eat, play, and just relax in their habitat. The surroundings are also beautiful, with lots of greenery and fresh air—perfect for a relaxing walk while exploring the area. Everything was organized and easy to navigate, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended for panda lovers or anyone visiting the area—it’s definitely a highlight of the trip!

Easily the most magical experience of my trip to China! No crowds, a beautiful natural valley, and up-close views of happy, active giant pandas. Way better than the city base, I can’t recommend it enough.

was such a great experience. got there at opening time to avoid the crowds. got to see all the giant pandas and red pandas just chillin out. took about 2 hours to complete the walk in the park at a relaxed pace. would recommend and affordable.

Panda Valley was such a peaceful and beautiful place. Compared to the main panda base in Chengdu, it felt less crowded and more relaxing. The pandas looked well cared for, and the natural bamboo forest atmosphere made the experience even more special.

It's less crowded, offering a serene escape where you can truly enjoy these amazing creatures at your own pace. You'll see a lot of pandas here! The open and natural habitats mean you can observe both giant pandas and their smaller, more playful cousins, the red pandas, going about their day—munching bamboo, climbing, and play-fighting . The real highlight is how close you can get. With glass enclosures and quiet walkways, you're guaranteed an up-close view without fighting through throngs of people. For the best experience, arrive early (around feeding time between 9:00 am and 10:00 am) to see the pandas at their most active and playful.
