Good to know

  1. Tourists should ensure they are in good health and that their physical condition allows them to complete the trip. Those under 2 years of age, 75 years of age or older, those with cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, or hearing or visual impairments, and those who are not suitable for long-distance travel, those with pre-existing medical conditions and physical disabilities, are not suitable to participate; any concealment of information that results in consequences shall be borne by the tourist.
  2. Scenic spots implement real-name ticketing. You must scan your ID card to enter the scenic spot for sightseeing, and carry it with you during the trip. Any inability to visit or inability to check into a hotel due to forgetting or losing your ID will be the responsibility of the tourist.
  3. The tourist shall bear any personal property and travel losses caused by any public transportation; after departure, if a request is made to withdraw from the group, a normal refund will be given for the expenses not incurred after negotiation; if the tourist's itinerary changes due to reasons not attributable to our agency, we will not compensate for the reduced portion, and the increased expenses will be borne by the tourist.
  4. Please understand the destination's weather and geographical conditions in advance before traveling, and please prepare common warm clothing, cooling, sunscreen, rain gear, and commonly used medicines. Please pay attention to personal and property safety during the trip (when getting on and off the bus, while driving, in the hotel, in the scenic area, and at the dining point); scenic spots include dangerous areas such as steep slopes, dense forests, cliffs, and rapids. Please pay attention to the prohibition signs and do not venture to these areas.
  5. Rest stops and toilet breaks will be provided along the way during the trip. Please pay for and bring your own small change. Including rest after meals, hotel rest, and free activities indicated in the itinerary, are all free activity time. The tourist is responsible for his/her own property and personal safety during this period. Please pay attention to safety and do not participate in activities that violate national laws or are not suitable to participate in.
  6. There are tourist souvenirs, commemorative photos, and local specialties sold at the stops along the way, which are not provided by our agency, especially those sold by private vendors, which are not within our control. If you are interested, please identify them yourself. Any purchase is your personal behavior, and any consequences shall be borne by the tourist.
  7. Please respect the life and beliefs of local ethnic minorities and avoid conflicts with local residents; for safety reasons, it is not advisable to go out alone at night. In the event of a forced stay due to force majeure, our agency will assist in making arrangements, and the resulting additional costs will be borne by the tourist.
  8. Unauthorized departure from the group during the itinerary without consultation shall be regarded as a breach of contract by the tourist. The uncompleted part will be regarded as a voluntary waiver, and our agency will no longer refund the fees and will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by the tourist as a result. The travel agency is not responsible for any safety issues that occur after leaving the group.

  10. Please do not walk around casually while the bus is in motion.
  11. When climbing, please pay attention to safety, "look at the scenery without walking, and walk without looking at the scenery".
  12. The tour guide has the right to adjust the order of the included attractions without reducing the attractions on the guest's itinerary. The travel agency is not responsible for the expenses incurred when it is necessary to change the itinerary due to force majeure or events that the travel agency and the performing assistants have taken reasonable care of but are still unavoidable.
  13. In remote areas of western Hunan, most tourist attractions have many mountains and many forks in the road. Do not go out alone when traveling. Consult with the tour guide before acting; it is advisable to dress lightly. The weather has been erratic recently, with occasional showers, so you must bring rain gear with you at all times; this itinerary involves a long time on the bus, and the road conditions in some areas are poor. Those who are prone to motion sickness should prepare related medicines: Zhangjiajie and most scenic spots are special no-smoking zones, and you should ask the tour guide before smoking.
  14. Since 2009, Hunan Province has proposed the construction of a Blue Sky and Clear Water Project, advocating energy conservation and environmental protection. Some hotels in the province may not provide free disposable supplies, so please bring your own. Due to the limited reception capacity of our agency, we regret that we cannot receive elderly people over 75 years old and pregnant women.
