10/10 would recommend!! this is great for 1st timers in Sapporo & most winter activities. Moerenuma is a bit hard to go to by commute/by yourself so having the instructor around is a big help!!👍🏼 HIRO IS WONDERFUL! He taught us the different types of footprints in the snow & took our pictures. He was very patient with us. Dont forget to bring your eye shades & wear lots of sunblock on your face when doing this. I thoroughly enjoyed this activity!
The experience was great. Worried at first because we didn’t receive the confirmation of the pickup the day before the trip, but he showed up in front of the hotel the next morning. Hiro was entertaining althroughout the activity and even took many pictures and videos of us to relive that experience. He also explained the different types of footprints we encountered. Would have wanted to taste the hot chocolate that we read on other reviews. He came prepared with all the gears and winter wear so there is no need to worry about your clothes getting wet from the snow
The experienced was amazing! Walking on the powdery snow was really amusing with your special snow shoes. We had a great tour guide as well. This activity is a must try, I would definitely recommend this.
Yu was very accomodating towards our family and offered tea and chocolates during the tour and during the ride back. He led us through a snowy plateau and thick snow and allowed us to take pictures around the park. Overall, there's a lot you can do when you buy these tours, like having the actual tour itself and tons of free time for things like picture taking and playing around in the snow.
It was a great experience and my first time snowshoeing. Hiro was an excellent guide and made sure everyone was having a fun time. I would do this again.
Very happy that Hiro and his friend came and we wore the snowshoes to walk along the snowy park, surround by tall and white Pine Trees. Hiro made a nice hot chocolate using snow water. Hiro got a shovel so we could build a snowman in a very short period of time (around 5 mins, a lovely snowman had been built) We also walked up to the top of the mountain overlooking the whole sapporo city~ I have no regret joining the tour.
A fantastic snowshoeing experience for us, and the view of the park in winter is just breathtaking. Our guide Hiro is very friendly and showed us lots of fun stuff to do during the trekking course. He helped us to take very nice photos as well. Highly recommended this activity for any first timer to snow land.
It was another amazing experience in Sapporo. Hiro, our guide, is patient enough to wait for us since from time to time, we took pictures of the beauty of Moerenuma Park, and ofcourse for our IG feed LOL. He even prepared hot cocoa with Royce biscuit for us. Overall, we’re satisfied with this half day activity. :)
Good experience! But the place has not enough snow in December due to weather issue. The tour guide is friendly and helpful. Thank you to him
This looked like an interesting activity instead of the usual skiing activities. Our guide was very nice, took lots of photos of us and turned it into a video for documentation and even sent it to us. We enjoyed walking, building a snowman, and sliding down thru the snowy slope. Gears are included - pants, jacket, boots, bonnet, gloves.
