Heritage Walking Food Tour in Manila

I had an amazing experience on the tour, thanks to our guide, Prime. He was incredibly enthusiastic & explained the history of Manila in a way that was quick, clear, and easy to understand. You can really tell he’s passionate about what he does. What stood out even more was how humble & attentive he was, he kept checking in on everyone throughout the tour, which made the whole experience feel very personal and comfortable. Such a thoughtful and sweet guide. The tour was also very well taken care of they provided umbrellas, hand fans, & cold towels, which made a big difference in the heat and showed how considerate they are.The food was a huge highlight too! We enjoyed a variety of local treats, including a Filipino breakfast, dried mango snacks, a refreshing mango shake, a yummy lunch eaten together, street food, and even ice cream. Everything was delicious and really added to the experience. It was super worth it. Highly recommend this tour, especially if you get Prime as your guide!

Paolo was the best! He was incredibly knowledgeable and very sweet. he made sure that we were doing okay in the hot weather. at the actual meeting point, they had bug spray, sun screen, bathroom and filtered water. Paolo also gave us some hand fans and some umbrellas. I would definitely recommend! I went with my parents on a Saturday morning and we ended up being the only ones so it was great.

Paolo and his assistant were one of the best ever!!! Very Knowledgeable , friendly and gave snacks and refreshments at regular intervals along the way. They were even considerate to give cold towels. Overall an amazing experience. The places covered in this tour have lots of insta worthy moments which he helped click as well. Both of them have amazing photography skills which helped solo travellers like me. Both of them deserve a raise!!! Kudos!

I have been to Intramuros but I have never gone on a tour and explored the place. Booking this tour was such a delight! We had the best guide, Paolo, who was very knowledgeable and fun to be with! The pace was easy, the information was easy to understand and remember, and there were stops for snacks and drinks up to the end (the surprises kept coming)! I highly recommend this tour because you learn a lot and the 3 hrs just flew by because it was so much fun!☺️ Make sure to book this tour and explore more of the history of Manila🧡Oh! and Paolo takes the best photos too! This tourist guide team truly deserves recognition from the Department of Tourism (DoT). It was my first time booking a tour, and I’m glad I ended up with them. They were the best guides I could’ve asked for. They stand out from the other tour guides I’ve seen in Intramuros. They are professional, knowledgeable, and know exactly what they’re doing. They don’t overwhelm you with information, instead, they focus on the key highlights and meaningful stories behind each place. They also give you time and space to explore on your own, which I appreciated. Even though I already knew some things about the area, I still learned so much more from this tour. I truly hope this team continues to grow and expand their offerings. A special thanks to Mr. Paolo, my tour guide that day. He did an excellent job and was very engaging. Overall, we had a great time and learned a lot from the tour. It was well-paced and engaging without feeling overwhelming. I especially enjoyed the side food trip, as it added a cultural layer to the experience. However, it would be nice if this part were curated based on the audience. Offering food sets to choose from could make it feel more personalized, since items like pandesal are familiar to many Filipinos but may be more novel for foreigners. I also appreciated the thoughtful add-ons such as sunscreen, umbrellas, and mosquito repellent. These small details showed genuine care for the guests’ comfort. Our tour guide, Justine, was a standout. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and shared balanced perspectives on history, discussing both its positive and negative effects on the Philippines. I loved the honest and insightful approach. I highly recommend this tour.

Paolo was an amazing tour guide! He provided a very detailed introduction to Manila's history and attractions, and also took me to try many local snacks! I highly recommend this tour; it's definitely worth it! 👍

The tour guide was very nice, introducing the history and cultural knowledge of the Wangcheng District all the way, which was very useful. You can learn a lot while touring. Today it was only a two-person group, and the tour guide was very patient.

The intramuros tour was good. Justin was the tour guide and he explained the history of the old walled city very well. Had the expirence of enjoying the street food tour where we had the local snacks

First of all, the food we tasted was really good!! I loved the pandesal and pork asado that we had in the morning, as well as the street food we ate later in the afternoon. But I think what made the experience much better was our tour guide, Prime. He is extremely knowledgeable in the history of the Philippines and was able to express facts in a way that very much engaged and interested me the whole time!
