We had an absolutely wonderful day trip thanks to our amazing tour guides, Nonoka and Yuka. From start to finish, they were incredibly friendly, kind, and knowledgeable, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable.
The itinerary was perfectly planned, we visited the beautiful Hakone Shrine, enjoyed the ropeway and cruise, and ended the day with a truly special surprise: a secret, breathtaking spot with an unforgettable view of Mount Fuji.
They shared fascinating insights throughout the day and always made sure everyone felt comfortable and happy. Their enthusiasm and care really stood out, and we had a great time from beginning to end. Highly recommend this tour, it was a highlight of our trip!

Since this tour is aimed at inbound tourists, a Japanese person might find the price a bit high without lunch included. Otherwise, the content and the guide were both excellent. Even on a clear day, you might not be able to see the summit of Mount Fuji. It's probably best to think of it as a bonus if you do see it; that way, you might feel less disappointed if you don't.
