Mandy was an excellent tour guide. She had interesting facts, gave clear instructions and explained why we all needed to work as a team to be at each attraction,, queue up, stay together and return to the bus on time. as a result, we saw everything and had extra time to explore. Mt Fuji was visible all day. Our bus driver was very skilled and we had a smooth ride. The only negative was a yellow oily substance dripped from the ac vent above my seat and stained my white blouse during the last hour of the trip.
Had a great time on this tour! We are a family of 5, so this tour was perfect for us. Our tour guide, Will, was timely, organized, and very friendly. Everything was well planned and easy to follow. We were lucky enough to see Mount Fuji on a beautiful, clear day, and we also enjoyed the pirate cruise and cable car ride. It was such a fun and memorable experience for our whole family. My Hakone day tour was on June 15, and my God, Mandy was a phenomenal tour guide. She was highly knowledgeable, efficient, respectful, and gave crystal-clear instructions on why we needed to work as a team and stay punctual. Consequently, we managed to visit every single attraction exactly on schedule, and we even had extra time to explore Oshino Hakkai—a truly beautiful hidden gem of Fuji. Furthermore, our bus driver was highly skilled, ensuring a smooth and comfortable ride throughout the day. Major commendations to Mandy for her efficient English and Mandarin explanations; she handled the bilingual delivery masterfully, respectfully alternating them for the Chinese-speaking participants. From Hakone-jinja, the Pirate Ship boat cruise, and the ropeway trip to Owakudani, to Lake Yamanaka (where we fed swans and carps!) and ending with serene Oshino Hakkai, it was a deeply memorable, beautiful day. Props to Mandy and our driver for stellar service 🤎 I would absolutely book again.
The overall trip was great, featuring some gorgeous locations to visit. Transit was highly efficient. The your guide(Mandy) was fun, energetic and easily switched between English and Chinese. Introductions were simple and easy to understand. It would be highly appreciated if the management could adjust each timings provide more time to view each site

What a great way to get a taste of the Hakone and Mt. Fuji areas. Mandy was very time efficient and did a great job checking on all the guests. While I wish the sky was clear enough to see Mt. Fuji, I still had a wonderful time!
Our tour guide, Mandy, was very professional, providing bilingual commentary on the attractions and their history. Even when unexpected situations arose, she immediately followed up and offered assistance. She was polite and friendly. Although the timing was a bit rushed (due to it being a one-day tour), we still managed to see everything we wanted to! 👍🏻
sakugaraki was great tour guide! however be careful to check the weather before coming, it was raining so we couldn't see much of the lake or volcano. id also suggest taking 2 days, this tour was quite rushed

Mandy was absolutely amazing. Her timing with every stop was impeccable! She is the reason why we were able to see Mt. Fuji today! and every stop was just enough time. Besides her timing with everything, her ability to speak all 3 languages (English, Chinese and Japanese) articulate and enunciate made the whole trip so worth it. Her ability to keep our attention to her speeches is also very worthy. Managers and supervisors please understand that Mandy is on another level with her guest services. She is a keeper and definitely needs all the raises and recognition
