Chuidasun Resort Tea & Meditation
- Running time: 60 to 80 minutes (80 minutes for chakra dance Yoga)
- The program is different by the day of the week. Please check the timetable.
- The program schedule is subject to change.
- Middle school students and above can participate (price is the same)
- All classes in T&Mediation are held on time. Please enter 10 minutes in advance.
- Our meditation, yoga, and all the programs are sportswear, yoga clothes, and sweatpants Please participate after changing your clothes. You cannot enter daily clothes. . (There is a dressing room)
- Restrictions on entry to the program due to arrival and lack of clothing after the start of the program are not subject to refund. Please note.

What I've been doing until now wasn't yoga at all... I did a meditation yoga class on Friday morning, and when you go inside, it's a truly calm and emotional atmosphere. I did yoga with the concept of chakras, and afterward, my head felt clear and healed. The instructor was also wonderful... I'll definitely go again when I come back to Jeju Island.
