• All tickets come with one HK$20 souvenir discount voucher, which can be used on-site on or before November 1. Please present it to the staff before placing your order or making payment. A maximum of six vouchers can be used per transaction, and the vouchers are subject to terms and conditions.
• Tickets sold are non-refundable, neither partially nor fully. Changes and cancellations will not be accepted for any reason.
• Tickets are for admission purposes only; all purchases of collectibles, food and beverages, and skill games experience are additional.
• Maximum of 6 General admission tickets can be purchased by each TRANSACTION.
• Each ticket has been reserved for entry based on the selected date and time during purchase. Once the reservation time has been successfully confirmed, it cannot be altered. Each entry QR code is valid only for the designated session and is intended for single use.
• To protect your rights, do not purchase tickets from any unauthorized sources. The Organizer reserves the right to decline entry and/or void any Ticket purchased through unauthorized sources.
• All event tickets must be purchased through the official ticketing platform,Klook.. All QR codes for tickets obtained through Klook are valid and comply with the terms set forth by Klook and the organizing party. If tickets are acquired through any means other than Klook, Klook cannot guarantee the authenticity of the ticket QR codes. The organizing party reserves the right to refuse entry for tickets purchased from any unauthorized ticketing platform, and such tickets may be canceled without refund or compensation.
• Please ensure that you verify the order details accurately. Once an order is successfully placed, the buyer agrees to pay for the contents and prices of this transaction and may not refuse payment for any reason.
• Without the consent of the organiser, tickets, non-sale collectibles, or any related materials from this event may not be resold or utilised for promotional activities or commercial purposes.

Terms & conditions

Admission Arrangement

• Each ticket is valid throughout the designated date of purchase. Please present the QR code on the ticket at entrance for verification by the Organiser. The admission ticket is only valid for single entry on the selected date.
• Admission will be closed 2 hours before the closing time of each day.
• Each admission ticket is valid for one person and allows entry only once.
• Upon admission, please present the QR code to the staff using the Klook application. Screenshots of QR codes are not acceptable. No physical tickets will be issued.
• All admission wristbands and accompanying gifts must be personally collected at the venue entrance. No form of authorized collection or exchange will be accepted.
• All complimentary gifts cannot be resold, exchanged for cash or any other items.
• Please adhere to the specified dates and time slots for entry. Admission wristbands and accompanying gifts will cease to be redeemable after the scheduled time period has ended.
• All visitors must enter within 30 minutes of the specified date and time on the ticket; otherwise, they will be considered late.
• Visitors who arrive late or fail to enter during the specified dates and time slots will not be permitted entry. All expired QR codes will be rendered invalid and will not be eligible for ticket exchange.
• To ensure a better experience for all attendees, the event will implement crowd control measures. Individuals holding admission tickets or wristbands are required to queue prior to entry and to cooperate with staff instructions to exit, thereby facilitating the smooth entry of subsequent visitors.
• The organizer reserves the right to implement crowd management arrangements in specific areas as necessary. Visitors are requested to adhere to the instructions provided by staff and to cooperate in an orderly manner during the clearing process.
• The organizer reserves the right to conduct photography, videography, and audio recording during the event. The organizer also has the right to use such images, photographs, and sound for any purpose without payment to any individual. For the avoidance of doubt, the organizer is the sole and absolute owner of all rights (including but not limited to intellectual property rights) to all of the aforementioned materials.
• No individual may conduct any commercial photography without the written consent of the organizer.
• All details and arrangements are subject to announcements made by the organizers.

Points to note

• "General Admission Tickets" allow entry to the market during designated time slots and include one complimentary viewing platform experience.
• The complimentary viewing platform experience with the "General Admission Ticket" is only valid for one entry to the viewing platform on the same day.
• The "Water Parade Day - Market Ticket" grants entry to the market only on the day of the parade and does not include the viewing platform experience.
• Please enter the venue on time during your scheduled time slot. If you are unable to enter on the specified date and/or time, the QR code will become invalid, and entry will not be permitted.
• All Skill Games will implement a limit on the number of plays. Each ticket holder may participate in each game a maximum of two times to ensure a fair experience for all attendees.
• The organizer reserves the right to change game content, prizes, rules, and methods without prior notice.
• Each ticket holder may shop once at the pop-up store in the market on the day of the event, and please adhere to the specified purchase limits for items.
• Large luggage or items are not permitted (including bags, boxes, and luggage exceeding 55 x 35 x 20 cm; single tripods, tripods, folding chairs, and stools).
• Visitors are not allowed to bring animals or pets into the venue, except for service animals (e.g., guide dogs).
• All complimentary gifts are available in limited quantities and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.
• All gifts included with the tickets will be distributed at the time of collecting the admission wristbands. Ticket holders must verify and count the gifts on-site when receiving them; otherwise, the organizer will not reissue any gifts in case of loss or discrepancies.
• Free admission is granted to children aged 3 or below.
• Any child (aged 11 or below) must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or above) when entering the event.
• Each QR code/ticket is valid for one-time entry only. Admission wristbands will be exchanged at the registration counter and will be marked with the designated time slot at each exhibition area entrance. Re-entry is not permitted.
• Please keep the ticket QR code, admission wristband, and all gifts secure. Any alterations, photocopies, or scanned reproductions of tickets are invalid. In the event of theft, loss, damage, or destruction, neither the organizer nor the ticketing platform will reissue or replace them, nor will they assume any responsibility.
• All food, prizes, and souvenirs within the venue are available in limited quantities. Once sold out or distributed, they will no longer be available. To prioritize the purchase of limited products, it is recommended to buy tickets for earlier dates and time slots.
• On-site purchase limits may be imposed, and the organizer reserves the right to restrict or cease the sale of products and adjust purchase quantities without prior notice. Please refer to the terms and conditions provided on-site, as this version will be considered the final decision. The organizer retains the final interpretation rights.
• Violation of any terms may result in denied entry or immediate expulsion from the venue, the admission wristband or chance of purchase will be voided without compensation.
• All tickets, gifts, or any content related to this event may not be resold or used for any promotional or commercial purposes without the organizer's consent.
• The organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage within the sales venue. In the event of any disputes, the organizer reserves the final decision-making authority.
• All attendees are deemed to agree to all terms and conditions stated herein.
• Once goods have left the premises, returns and refunds are not accepted. If you discover a product issue after purchase, please email us at service@ddtstore.com within 7 days to inquire; otherwise, your request will not be processed.
• Repair services are not provided.
• Final prices are confirmed at checkout.
• The organizer reserves the right to adjust the quantity and size of exhibits (such as inflatable sculptures/facilities) based on weather conditions or venue arrangements, and to modify or omit certain exhibits without prior notice. Participants shall not seek any form of compensation or reimbursement for such adjustments.
• The organizer reserves the right to deny entry based on individual circumstances of participants, and participants shall not seek any form of compensation or reimbursement for this.
• The organizer may cancel the event due to force majeure, unfavorable weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

Venue

• Some artworks have strong lighting and loud audio effects that may cause momentary discomfort. Visitors should ensure that their health conditions are suitable for visiting the event. Please inform our staff immediately if you are not feeling well.
• Some event areas may have dim lighting. All visitors, especially children, the elderly, and pregnant individuals, should exercise caution while walking or interacting with exhibits. If you need any assistance, please contact the staff present.
• This event will be held in an outdoor space and is subject to weather conditions. Visitors should be aware of high temperatures, unstable weather, slippery ground, and strong winds. Visitors must ensure that their condition is suitable for entering the venue.
• The event may temporarily close due to on-site construction, maintenance, or inclement weather. If the wind speed or gusts reach level 6 or above, or if a No. 3 tropical cyclone warning signal is issued, the venue may open with limitations or close to ensure safety, health, security, or order, comply with legal requirements, or as deemed necessary by the organizers. Ticket holders who have redeemed their QR code entry tickets or received entry wristbands will not have their tickets reissued, exchanged, or compensated in any way, and the organizers and this ticketing platform will not assume any responsibility.
• In the event of a No. 8 tropical cyclone warning signal or higher, a black rainstorm warning signal, "extreme conditions," or sudden severe weather, the entire event will be closed for the safety of the public and staff. Related visitor reservations will be automatically canceled without prior notice. The organizer will make adjustments to the opening arrangements based on the weather conditions at the venue. For information on temporary openings and venue arrangements, please refer to the official announcements from the organizer.
• The organizer may, based on operational needs, the capacity of the event, special programs, adverse weather, or any situation deemed necessary by the organizer, (i) change the opening hours or modify the rules, (ii) control the number of attendees, or (iii) suspend or cancel the event without prior notice and without providing refunds or any compensation to anyone.

Miscellaneous

• Any disputes arising between Participants are personal matters. The Organizer shall not be obligated to intervene, mediate, or bear any responsibility related to such disputes.
• The organiser assumes no liability for messages or content disseminated or displayed by third parties during the event.
• The organiser is not responsible for any financial or other obligations arising from personal property left, lost, stolen, destroyed, confiscated, damaged, misplaced, or otherwise misplaced on the premises or during the event.
• If any facilities/items within the event are damaged by a visitor, the relevant visitor shall be liable for compensation for the damaged facilities/items, with the amount of compensation to be determined solely by the organizer.
• Neither the Organizer, its service providers, agents, affiliates, shall be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense suffered or incurred by any person or to any property, arising out of or in connection with the Event, howsoever caused.
• The organiser reserves all rights to pursue and claim for losses resulting from individuals engaging in disruptive, disorderly, indecent, chaotic, or offensive behaviour on the venue.
• Under no circumstances shall the Organizer be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses (including, but not limited to, travel, accommodation, hospitality costs, or other consequential losses) incurred by Participants arising from or related to any modification, postponement, cancellation, or termination of the Event.
• The personal information provided by users will be utilised solely for event-related purposes.
• Participation in this event is construed as acceptance of the aforementioned terms and conditions. The organiser retains the authority to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notification.
• The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the event in case of inclement weather or other unforeseen reasons or circumstances. Appropriate announcements will be made on the day of the event on the organizer’s social platform.

Prohibition

• Bringing outside food and drinks.
• Reselling tickets, non-sale souvenirs, or any content related to this exhibition without the organizer's consent, or using them for any promotional or commercial purposes.
• Distributing any type of printed materials or audio recordings.
• Conducting unauthorized activities, demonstrations, or speeches, or using any flags, banners, or signs, as well as other unauthorized public gatherings.
• Operating remote-controlled devices.
• Engaging in any unsafe act or other act that may impede the operation of the event or any associated facility.
• The followings items are strictly forbidden to bring into the venue of the Event:
• any dangerous items;
• any illegal or restricted items;
• any type of weapon, or any object which is weapon-like (including but not limited to toy guns, toy swords, etc.);
• Trolleys, carts or any transport devices with wheels (excluding manual wheelchairs, strollers, and electric wheelchairs) and wheeled recreational devices, including but not limited to skateboards, scooters, roller skates, and shoes with wheels.
• tripods, folding chairs and stools; and
• any item that in the Organizer’s opinion is dangerous, or may cause chaos, or may interfere with the operation of the event.
