- Free for children with a height below 90 cm but with specific attraction restrictions
- Children aged 0 - 10 must be accompanied by a paying adult (11 years or older) at all times

- Waiver Required : prior to entering WynSnow, all visitors (or their parent/guardian if under the applicable age) must complete a “Waiver Form”
- The Waiver Form must be completed by: Adult visitors (17 years or older) for themselves and parents, teachers or legal guardians for any accompanying children (under 17 years of age)
Safety and Conduct Rules
- All visitors must wear fully covered, flat-soled shoes to ensure safety and comfort while exploring WynSnow
- All visitors must wear shoe covers that meet WynSnow’s safety and standards. Note : shoe covers are included in the ticket price as a rental and must be returned upon exit
- Bringing your own jacket and gloves is highly encouraged
- Shoe cover required : All individuals entering WynSnow are required to wear shoe cover that meet WynSnow’s safety standards
- Assumption of Risk : Participation in WynSnow activities is at your own risk
- Park Attendant Instructions : All visitors must comply with all rules and instructions given by WynSnow park attendants
- Unsafe behavior : Engaging in unsafe or unruly behavior is prohibited within the park premises
- Failure to comply will result in denied entry
- Supervision : WynSnow does not provide supervision. Parents or guardians are responsible for safeguarding their valuables and clothing. WynSnow is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items
- Outside food and drinks : No outside food or beverages are permitted within WynSnow
- Smoking / Vaping : Smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited
- Prams and wheelchairs are NOT ALLOWED inside WynSnow
- Jewelry and sharp objects : Jewelry and sharp objects are not permitted. Do not wear or carry loose items like steel belt buckets, key chains, or hard objects in your pockets
- Maintenance/Closure: No refunds will be issued due to ride maintenance, ride closures, or inclement weather

- For safety reasons, entry to WynSnow is STRICTLY PROHIBITED for the following individuals:
- Infants below 1 year old who cannot walk by themselves
- Individuals with disabilities (OKU) with mobility impairment, as the venue may not be suitable or accessible
- Wheelchair users
- Pregnant women
- Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

Something really fun for the whole family. We had a blast. It was a Saturday and not many people at all. Enjoyed the bumper car, ball pit and of course the ice! Place is not big but good enough for us.

This center is cashless , advise to purchase ticket before drop by, alternative you need to used the center app to purchase. The place is new so they only have kids jacket for rental, but not the adult.

place is small enough gor kids, 1-2 hours to explore whole place and to try all experiences there, my kids love the idea and enjoyed , staff were friendly

small space for snow exposure. great for kids especially for first timer. place is clean and well maintained. staffs are helpful. activities include snow playing, ball pit, a slide, bumper car and illusion room. parking is at the flat rate of rm10 upon validation. winter coat rent is for rm10, mainly for kids, glove for sale at at rm10.

It's fun and worth it. Don't forget to bring your own sweater or winter jacket. Otherwise, you won't be able to stand the cold.

Easy to access as it is on the higherst floor of the hotel. Very cold inside, recommended to wear gloves. The outdoor attraction has nice view of KLCC but was not well maintained (spolit when we visited). Indoor was quite fun and ok, can be quite slippery.
