The location is hard to find, it's upstairs in the Family Mart next door to Bic Camera. The house number is written in Japanese, and we were sure it was XX Komachi only when we saw it.

At first I thought there was a problem with the mobile phone network, but when I tried connecting to the restaurant's WiFi, the situation was the same. In the end, it took 20 minutes without success before the staff was willing to place the order. It was only after 20:05 that two bowls of rice and two drinks came, but there was no other food. After many urgings, some dishes were finally served at 20:30. After trying again, I found that I could successfully log in to the app, but when I placed an order, it showed that the clock had expired and I could not order any more food. When I saw the system clerk, I discovered that the staff did not place the order for me until 20:03. After discussing with the staff, they agreed to make up for the undelivered food and agreed to place another order. Sure enough, it was already 20:45 and I was leaving at 21:00. I was no longer in the mood to place another order. The staff's English is very poor, and after many reminders for orders, no orders were placed, which was disappointing. My family and I ordered separately and were unable to arrange to sit together, but the situation is the same and we will not dare to go to this restaurant again in the future.

The private room is stuffy and not ventilated, the food and beverage taste is not in line with my taste, some of the ingredients are not fresh in my opinion, and the cooking methods are simple and ordinary. It is not worth recommending to dine there.
