Travis was a fun and engaging tour guide and we couldn’t ask for more. he gave us extra details and information on our journey and the group had a good laugh and good vibes. ample time at each location and clear instructions and plan of the day. great service with chargers on board, good conversation and assistance. one thing I would say is it’s unpleasant and awkward to be pressured to tip. I appreciate the hustle but it’s at the customer’s discretion particularly considering the tour is not cheap in itself. 4/5*

Tour guide Travis is knowledgeable, helpful and funny. The tour is well organized, having enough time to enjoy the scenery while not needing to rush. The tour bus is more spacious than other Banff tour I joined.
