This is a very fun and exciting zoo which I highly recommend everyone to visit. The shows and animals are very active and interesting. One of the best zoo i’ve visited in my life
it was awesome, I love the place so amazing..it was my first time in Auckland new Zealand and we enjoyed so much.we had lots of fun and memories . our companion rod was so patient we were able to roam around the zoo place.
The zoo is clean, not much people there. We saw a large variety of animals! The habitat of animal maintain good in standard!
Had lots of fun and the zoo. Too bad it was under renovation. Will come back after the renovation ends though as there will be a tiger bridge and the rainforest. Looking forward to it :)
Very good experience. Fast and easy service. Definitely worth it.
The zoo is not small or small. Of course, it is smaller than Muzha Zoo. But there are animals in two steps.
The zoo is fun! It is suitable for parent-child fun. It is very convenient to buy with klook.
The zoo is not big but you can see what you want to see except tiger... some areas are under construction & expanded. It’s worth to go, though. The kids love it!

Things to note

  • How do I visit Auckland Zoo at Alert Level One?

Our Government has recommended that everyone continues to use the NZ COVID Tracer app or sign in manually to places they visit, and Auckland Zoo fully supports this pro-active measure to help keep our team of five million safe. We’ll therefore continue to ask visitors (both annual passholders and general visitors) to sign-in with this COVID tracer app or help them record their visit manually. We’ll also continue to encourage social distancing and mask wearing where it’s hard to keep a 2m distance from others, maintain our high level of cleaning protocols throughout the Zoo and remain cashless.

  • How is Auckland Zoo keeping visitors, staff, and volunteers safe?

In line with Government recommendations, this includes asking all visitors to continue to sign in using the NZ COVID Tracer App (or sign-in manually), to maintain social distancing and wear masks where it’s difficult to keep a 2-metre distance. We will continue our intensive regime of cleaning and hygiene measures across the Zoo You will find hand sanitiser throughout the Zoo for your use, and posters and signage around the Zoo to inform you of our measures and how to stay safe.
