Hunan Changsha + Zhangjiajie + Tianmen Mountain + Fenghuang Ancient City 5-Day Tour

The guide 小橙子 was very conscientious and passionate in doing her job even though it was really challenging for one guide to be leading so many different groups. She was cheerful and knowledgeable and was skilful in managing expectations and knew her way around the various attractions very well. The first transfer from the airport was no good because the four of us with a few large pieces of luggage were assigned a normal saloon car which resulted in four of us having to squeeze at the back row behind the driver. The last two hotels were especially good and served good breakfast! Overall strongly recommended!

It was a wonderful experience for us to have seen the beautiful scenic and landscape of zhangjiaje national park,furongshen national scenic and phoenix ancient city through this tour. Our tour guide Zhong longxu is a good eventhough we don’t understand chinese, he still trying to communicate with us in english, he gave us more free time to roam around during our tour. The hotel we stayed are bery nice and comforting. The airport pickup/dropoff was ontime. The customer service was very nice and replied me on my concerns. I recommend this tour.

Our tour guide was 谢宇, and he was very nice and accommodating towards us as we were the only non PRCs in the tour group. The 1st night in Changsha was free roam and a night stay. The tour guide met up with us on the 2nd day, the zjj route we did was the grand valley so it was the glass bridge, VR, zipline/elevator, slide and boat. Just fyi that there’s 2 boat rides and need to walk about 3km+. There’s the charming xiangxi show, if you like Chinese opera and theatrics you should go. The tianmen 山 was just a lot of escalators and cable car ride back to the entrance. Furong town and Fenghuang is more olden city vibes and they provided FOC miao outfit. We paid +$80 per pax for the activites, $30 for room upgrade, $40 for makeup and photoshoot. (sgd) It’s a great tour and I would recommend this, the hotels are decent and food is good. They walk v quickly so if you tend to slow down and take photos then you’ll be left behind. Cuz we were always the last to catchup as we were vlogging.

We had a blast and enjoyed the trip. Adding the perfect weather makes it more fun. Appreciate and grateful to our tour guide Director Ping. She was very patient with us as we don’t speak and understand Chinese but still the tour run smoothly and timely. Kudos to the driver as well that brought us to our destinations safely. Highly recommend this tour.

Wonderful Travel Experience in Changsha-Zhangjiajie-Furong-Phoenix -Comfortable bus rides -Transparent pricing and indeed Fast Lane services(make sure read the details and one can always choose not to pay more for the unwanted additional transportation) -free airport pickup/drop off on the first and last day -Not the fancy one but great accommodations, it's a place for quick stay after a long day !! -Delicious and plentiful food—in Chinese called "管饱" -A dedicated guide who accompanied us throughout the trip until we reached the hotel. The host and organizer were very responsive, making it easy to relax and enjoy their services. A special thank-you to our amazing local guide, Ms. Mao. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and a bubbly character. We truly appreciated her assistance, especially since traveling with young kids requires a lot of experience and patience. Highly recommended! We’ll definitely return to Changsha and would love to have Ms Mao as our guide again.

it was all good. Value for money definitely. Guide is very nice, accommodating and patient. My only comment is how they keep on talking for hours dueing the journey. It feels lime a little over the too when it can be shorten and let us rest while we travel to next destination... or it is just me and not so use to how Chinese conduct their tours. Don't get me wrong, it was all good still.

I booked the Klook Zhangjiajie, Furong Ancient Town, and Fenghuang Ancient City tour before departure. Upon arrival, someone picked me up from the airport. The three-day itinerary with Orange was very comfortable. The most unforgettable part was the Zhangjiajie cable car and the ten long escalators, which reduced a lot of walking and saved energy for enjoying the scenery. Not seeing the mountain peaks I wanted to see and the night view of Fenghuang Ancient City, does this mean I have to go again?

Guide Yang was extremely helpful and very proactive in planning our itinerary. She looked out for everyone in the group. The activities were also very good.

Our tour guide, Xiao Feng, was very professional and also very enthusiastic. She explained everything in great detail, and I learned a lot about the Miao people's customs and culture. Our driver, Master Zhao, was also very helpful, always helping me with my luggage.

This service was very satisfactory, the tour guide was experienced and explained things in detail, the driver also drove well and helped carry luggage.
