Osaka Fushimi Inari, Nara Park, and Arashiyama Day Trip (including Monkey Park)

Me and my parents enjoyed this trip, in my opinion, a 1 hour walk around the nara park was good enough for us since we just walked around and didn’t feed the deers because we were too scared haha. The trip to Kyoto was also nice, we were able to ask for blessings and respect the place. We had enough time to explore during Ashiyama, the Sagano Romantic Train was also very worth the time if you like to see nature around you. This experience was possible only because our guide — Xintong (yoyo) — was very friendly, approachable and helpful. She messaged us with the designated location and time when it was time to depart. She also recommeded some spots to go.

The tour was organized and we left the meeting point on time. Finally, I got to see the Fushimi Inari Shrine and pass through the Torii Gates! Met the Nara deers personally and got to experience riding the Rickshaw going to the Bamboo Forest. Such a great experience!

We had a fantastic tour guide, Frederick (Fred), who accompanied us throughout the day. He also kept us updated via WhatsApp with useful or interesting locations (Google Maps links) at each stop, as well as a link to the bus parking lot with the departure time. This ensured that no one got lost. The only downside was that we only had 60 minutes in Nara and 80 minutes in Kyoto, which unfortunately wasn't enough time to visit all the sites. Kyoto alone has so much to offer that I would recommend a day trip there anyway. In Arashiyama, we had 3 hours, which was a good amount of time. Overall, it was a great day trip for the price. :)

This tour allowed us to cover 3 major sightseeing spots in Kyoto and Nara without stressing about train transfers and even nap during travel. Jack, our tour guide, was very accommodating and had a very nice, welcoming vibe all throughout the day. He was also able to explain the stories/trivia about the tourist sites well which made the trip more meaningful.

Tour was on-time and was smooth, thanks to our very good guide, Jack! I felt the time spent in each stop needs to be a little longer though so we are not rushing and skipping nice spots, esp. during high season like Sakura. But overall, good value for money to tick off the big 3 tourist spots around Osaka!

This is a fantastic way to see Kyoto in one day. My family enjoy feeding the VERY aggressive dear. Ive been wanting to go to this shrine forever so that was amazing. We enjoyed our food in Kyoto and walking along the water. The guide didnt speak much but he was prompt and always gave us the Google maps location for the meet up. The bus was comfortable.

First, it was good that we were a small group of 8. The price was good value. The tour guide Sean spoke Chinese, Korean and basic English, he was good and friendly and gave some useful tips at the various stops.The Nara Park with the deer were really a great sight and feeding the crackers to them was fun and very interesting. There is a temple/ shrine there as well. One hour is good enough time to visit. The second place was the Bamboo Forest at Arashiyama, lucky we arrived earlier as it gets very busy with many tourist buses and people everywhere. We had about 3 hours here.That is enough time to walk around, have lunch and take plenty of photos.The last stop was the Fushimi Inari Shrine which has the iconic red Tori gates.This area also attracts plenty of visitors..so there's plenty of people around.There are little shops around the area to explore , we had about 1.5 hours here, which was enough time. I would recommend this day trip.It may be busier in spring and summer!!

We really enjoyed this tour with Jack he was a great host, gave lovey information about each destination. The only thing was i wished to have more time at the fushimi inari shrine as it was very crouded did not get to go to far up the path before having to leave. The desr where amazing and pleanty time at aarishiyama... even had time to see the monkey park. Thankyou Jack

Our guide for the day was Fred, and he was fantastic. He was incredibly enthusiastic, and despite the scorching weather, almost 40 degrees Celsius, he remained cheerful and dedicated. On the bus, he explained the history of Nara and Kyoto in both Chinese and English, and he also gave us adequate time to rest. We visited three attractions today, and we were very happy and satisfied with our experience.

This itinerary was fantastic! In just one day, it covered three classic tourist spots in Nara and Kyoto, saving a lot of commuting time compared to traveling independently. Plus, the price was very competitive. The Nara deer were super cute – they become even more affectionate after you give them crackers, even following you around wherever you go. It's a wonderful interactive experience with animals. Also, I especially want to mention our guide, Frederick Dai Yuefeng, who was very kind and enthusiastic. He switched between Chinese and English seamlessly and professionally during his explanations, and he was incredibly engaging, drawing you into his narratives. What's most commendable is that he persevered in taking us around the attractions despite the 39-degree heat. I'm truly grateful and must give him a thumbs up! 👍🏻
