The itinerary was perfectly arranged: we set off early in the morning to see the pandas when they were most active, and visited Dujiangyan in the afternoon—relaxed pace, no rush or tiredness. The tour guide was professional and caring, offering detailed explanations and reminding us of precautions. The coach was extremely clean, with no stains or odors on the seats, complete facilities, and a comfortable ride. The lunch had fresh ingredients and generous portions, and hygiene was up to standard. However, as a group meal, it had a more universal taste—it’s hard to satisfy everyone’s palate, so it may not suit those who prefer spicy or light flavors. But it was great that it was clean and filling! Overall, it was a pleasant experience and highly recommended!
Our tour guide was friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. He took us all the way to the furthest end of the panda research centre, even though it was a long walk up, to avoid the crowded queue at the other panda enclosures. He also brought our group of many senior citizens up by bus to a nearby attraction to prevent them from getting too tired during the trip. There were also some miscellaneous activities not included in the package, like the tram ride between locations. These should be added to the total cost in klook. It would be great if there were an English tour guide for these activities.

My cousin and I had an amazing day. Everything was very organised. Even though it was a Chinese speaking guide and group everyone helped us as much as they could. The apps that they tell you to download are a must and we spoke with those all day.

I initially signed up for the tour because it was advertised as a four-hour free and easy tour. However, on the day of the tour, the guide insisted I stick with him, and after only two hours, the tour was over. I didn't even get to see the flowers, and there wasn't enough time to browse the souvenir shops. Everything felt rushed. The only reason I booked this tour was for the transportation; I should have just gone on my own. I regret booking it.
