Additional Information:
- This is a one-way transfer. Please make a separate booking if you require a round trip service
- Please note: The vehicles do not have accessibility features for disabled passengers
- Child seats are required for children aged 0-6 or under 1.2m in accordance with New Zealand law. If you are travelling with children, please indicate upon check out
- Each child seat takes 1.5 seat. If the number of passengers includes 2 adults + 3 children who need child seats, please choose a 7 Seater instead. The first child seat will be provided free of charge while every extra child seat need to pay NZD22
- If you have more luggages or oversize lugages, consider choosing a larger vehicle for a comfortable travel experience
- Food and drinks can be consumed inside the vehicle, with consideration to maintaining cleanliness
- If you require a pick up service including staff to holding a sign, there will be surcharged for NZD10
Surcharges:
Beyond Service Area
- An additional surcharge of NZD25-50 will apply if your hotel or destination is outside city limits, to be paid in cash directly to the driver
Child Seats
- The first child seat will be provided free of charge while every extra child seat need to pay NZD22 (child seat is suitbale for children aged 0-6), to be paid in cash directly to the driver
Night Service
- Service scheduled between 10:00pm to 11:00pm and 5:00am to 7:00am, NZD10 will be applied for surcharge
- Service scheduled between 11:00pm to 12:00am, NZD20 will be applied for surcharge
- Service scheduled between 12:00am to 5:00am, NZD40 will be applied for surcharge
- Surcharges must be paid in cash directly to the driver
Extra Mileage
- Provided your destination is beyond city downtown, Klook will send an email about the surcharge
Overtime
- For arrival pick-ups, an additional surcharge of NZD22 per hour will apply if the driver exceeded the 90-minute grace period. If your flight is delayed after the waiting time, please contact the driver to adjust your reservation
- Surcharges must be paid in cash directly to the driver

The three days in Queenstown were truly amazing! !! !! On the first day, I played track racing-in addition to the beautiful scenery of the cable car, the pulley itself is also very fun ~ The key point: skydiving is actually very scary. After all, I do n’t even dare to take a ride with rollercoaster and roller coaster, but I bought a trip with a word of anger from my predecessor. I was scratching my head, but when the coach took me from the door to jump down, those fears disappeared, accompanied by the beautiful scenery and the feeling of floating in the air. The experience was really wonderful, when the parachute opened After that, that feeling was really great, especially the coach also taught me to control the parachute and see the surrounding scenery, it felt really great, next time I have a chance, I will definitely want to experience it again. Probably the best car service I’ve had from Klook. The communication from the provider is excellent! About 10 minutes after I booked, I received a WhatsApp with all the info and confirmation. A few days before and same day, I was once again contacted via WhatsApp, given all info and told to contact if any issues. Highly impressed with the communication from this provider. Car was clean and ac was cool as it was pretty hot outside. Would highly recommend this service. Dropped us right at the ferry for a ride to the island we were staying at. Thanks for the great ride.
This pick up service is excellent. A message was sent right after booking and a day before our arrival. Driver was punctual and polite and drove safely. She was also very friendly and gave us a lot of helpful tips.
Chartered cars operated by Chinese immigrants can communicate in Chinese. If there are other chartered demands, they can communicate on site, which is quite flexible.
