This experience was extremely disappointing! Klook clearly overcharges significantly compared to the restaurant's prices. I purchased a dining package for two through Klook for ¥30,000, but the restaurant's most expensive set menu, which can serve four to five people, only costs ¥12,480. This is clearly more than double the price, which is very unreasonable. I contacted customer service to complain and waited for two full days, but neither the AI nor the human customer service provided a reasonable response. This is extremely disappointing. This complaint is not about the restaurant itself, but about Klook's unreasonable charges. I will likely never use Klook to book any packages again. Klook, please address this issue and refund the unreasonable price difference. Thank you!
