Many dirty marks on the walls and curtains, in 4 night stay, although it was quiet but physical hygiene needed further improvement. Staff attitude is acceptable and lack of good facial responses

This was our second stay here, and we’d happily come back again. The location is unbeatable, literally less than a minute’s walk to Keisei Ueno Station, making it the perfect hotel for your last night before heading straight to Narita Airport. It’s also close to Ueno Park, restaurants and shopping. Yes, the rooms are small and the hotel is always busy, but everything is well managed. We even experienced an earthquake alarm during our stay, and the staff stayed calm, professional and handled everyone’s questions very well, which really impressed us. Breakfast was simple but had everything we needed to start the day. For the convenience alone, this will always be one of my favourite hotels in Tokyo.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo. The location is one of its biggest advantages, as it is just a short walk from both Ueno Skyliner Station and Ueno JR Station. The hotel is also surrounded by many attractions and amenities, including Ameyoko Market, halal food options, and several convenience stores, all within easy walking distance. The room was very comfortable and well-maintained. The air conditioning was exceptionally cold and refreshing, which made the stay even more enjoyable after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel also offers reliable Wi-Fi and a smart TV with useful information and entertainment options. Guests can easily access YouTube and Netflix, which is a great bonus for relaxing in the room. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my stay. The excellent location, comfort, facilities, and convenience made this hotel one of the highlights of my trip. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

I had a great stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo. The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is very close to both Ueno Station and the Keisei Skyliner Station, making transportation extremely convenient. Getting here from Narita Airport was effortless. I took the Skyliner and reached Ueno in about an hour, then walked a short distance to the hotel. The hotel is also a perfect base for exploring Tokyo. With Ueno Station nearby, it was easy to travel to popular attractions and different parts of the city. There are also plenty of halal restaurants & famous ueno market. Although the room was small, it was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The hotel provided all the essential amenities. The TV and Wi-Fi were excellent as well. The internet connection was fast and reliable throughout my stay. Overall, this hotel offers great convenience, comfort, and value for money. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo.

Good services , close to transportation , quiet and cleaning room

First, our room was said to be cancelled and when they found a room for us it smelled of smoke. probably the guest before us had smoked in or out of the window. The personnel quickly arranged a new room for us but it required me to go up and down with a slow elevator.
