Reviews
Great experience thanks to a man, who told us where is the best spot to observe the show.
It was a nice experience to watch fireworks from a cruise. It was clean and nice experience. Hoghly recommended for a budget cruise.
The staff are nice and they will tell us where we can take beautiful photos!
The itinerary is well organized. The cabin environment is clean and tidy, and the staff are responsible and courteous. It is commendable that the captain tried his best to find a vantage point for passengers to watch the fireworks👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻The number of people in the cabin is very reasonable, everyone feels safe and secure😌
I don’t know if there is a prescribed sailing route. The boat is parked far away, so the angle of viewing the fireworks is skewed. It doesn’t feel as shocking as watching it on the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront.
Nice view from the vessel, though a little crowded because of a lot of tourists (including myself).
First, the queue was completely out of control. People were constantly cutting in line, and no staff were managing the order. When boarding the boat, no one checked tickets or the number of people, so if the capacity was exceeded, no one would know. The people running onto the boat behind me, cutting in line, were supposed to be on Water Taxi 26, not 16. But no one checked tickets, so they boarded anyway. If the boat was overloaded and sank, no one would even know! After boarding, everyone sat on the floor like refugees. Some people even tried to move forward in the dark on the crowded platform, and someone stepped on my hand, and he got it! When the fireworks started, we were very far away from them, and couldn't see them clearly. The boat was always in the third row of the viewing area, never trying to move forward like other boats. I felt completely like an idiot for spending $840 (for 2 people). I have photos to prove everything above, and I will never participate again! Safety: Extremely terrifying Experience: Very poor Equipment: Very poor
The queuing process was a total headache. it wasn’t clear which line was which. The voucher had to be exchanged for physical tickets, which was fine, but then regardless of which boat we had tickets for, everyone was in one line and they just filled one boat before releasing it and bringing the next in. It wasnt clear how much outdoor space would be open for viewing and people were blocking staircases for much of the ride to save their spots, which turned out to be totally unnecessary. All that said, the staff doing the ticketing and queues were very nice and understanding when we were trying to figure out where to go and what to do.
too many boats around the areas our boat a bit far away from the fireworks
Too many boats affect the viewing quality. The staff did not inform the best viewing position, nor did they control the best position of the boat. As a result, all the boats moved to the front, blocking the view from behind. There were too many people and my mother was too short to see much. Couldn't celebrate.
