I went to Kota Kinabalu and joined a trip for snorkeling. I think the itinerary is not suitable because on the web it is mentioned that we will visit 3 islands. But the reality is only one, namely sapi island. Because of the big rain we could not do any activities. Just came for lunch and back to the hotel. The tour guide is friendly, his name is tommy. I can only recommend you all to come snorkeling to Indonesia. Because it is much more beautiful.
This is definitely not a tour that goes to all 3 places. Never book this tour. I was so disappointed. Plus it rained a lot. The guides seem friendly. It's expensive and not great.
After a very fulfilling trip to the island, the store is very enthusiastic and professional. Take us to snorkeling at night and have a special trip. I am very fortunate to see blue tears.
They came an hour later (9.30am) than confirmation time(8.30am). But spent the whole day with us, kayaking and snorkelling. And also a very good bbq meal. New experience, new activity, Ended up going back by 4pm ferry. Overall very good
Cool sea water, snorkeling to enjoy corals and clownfish, and rowing boats to enjoy the beautiful ecological life of the island.

Very bad service. We had to wake up early and waited for an hour. We can’t reached the number of the local operator. We had to call the Ph klook customer support only to find out that the operator overbooked and cancelled our trip without notifying us.
