This is an international brand hotel, and I was very satisfied overall. It's close to a large shopping mall. I arrived at 1 PM, and they said the room was still being prepared, so I dropped off my luggage and went to the mall for lunch and shopping. The room was spacious, with stylish and clean decor. The bathroom had large bottles of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and lotion, all with a lovely Thai spa lemongrass scent. In addition to the two complimentary bottled waters, the mini-fridge contained a can of Coke, a carton of fresh milk, and two more bottles of water, all free of charge. The toilet was Japanese-style with a bidet function. The large TV received TVB Jade. The dinner buffet, while not luxurious, was good. Every two people shared a hot pot, and the baked oysters, baked mussels, and vermicelli scallops were all delicious. There was also sashimi and sushi, and a wide variety of hot pot ingredients. There were two types of yogurt and four types of ice cream, and the beverage cabinet had various canned sodas, boxed drinks, bottled coffee, beer, and more. The breakfast also offered a good selection of both Chinese and Western dishes. Transportation is convenient; it's only two stops to the Guangming Shenzhen International Art Museum. I would definitely stay here again.

I took my two little rascals and stayed in their super popular treehouse room, and the facilities were just incredible! It's completely tailored for families with kids. The kids went crazy as soon as they stepped inside, and the adults got to enjoy the childlike wonder too. The whole family had an absolute blast! And let me tell you about the service, I have to give the staff a huge shout-out! From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly welcoming. Their professionalism was top-notch, and their response time was lightning fast. Whether it was handling customer requests, checking in at the front desk, or the room service, every aspect was flawless. So many guests have raved about them, and I'm not just saying that, I truly experienced that kind of attentiveness myself! And the room, I was amazed as soon as I opened the door. It was decorated so elegantly, and the bedding was so soft and fluffy, lying on it felt like being surrounded by clouds, so comfortable I didn't want to get up. And it was super quiet at night, no noise at all, so the quality of sleep was absolutely amazing! I'm telling you, I've already made plans with my family to come back in two weeks! This place is so awesome, I highly recommend it to all parents. Bring your kids here, and you'll definitely create an unforgettable memory!

No transfers needed when taking Line 13 from Shenzhen Bay. **Service:** Staff were friendly and polite, and they were quick to clear plates at the buffet. **Cleanliness:** The room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. **Hotel Location:** The hotel is right next to Wanda Plaza, which is connected to Blue Whale Plaza. It's very convenient for shopping and spa treatments. There are also nearby attractions like the Eye of Guangming, Science and Technology Museum, Art Museum, and parks, making for a rich itinerary. **Buffet Dinner:** The selection was very limited, with no chilled seafood, only hot pot. Because every table was having hot pot, the entire restaurant felt stuffy and hot. For a five-star hotel, this was unacceptable 👎🏻. **Birthday Decorations:** There was only a towel folded into a cake shape, which felt very perfunctory and was quite disappointing.

The hotel facilities are well-equipped, and the transportation is convenient. The rooms are bright and clean, and the curtains are thick enough to ensure good sleep quality. The food and staff quality at the 8th-floor restaurant have improved significantly, with a spacious environment and a wide variety of food. I would definitely go again. There are two large shopping malls near the hotel, which are enough for a full day of dining and entertainment! In this hot weather, the best thing to do is visit the malls to enjoy the air conditioning, combining both dining and entertainment!

The new hotel staff, especially Cathy, was very helpful, smiling, and polite during check-in. The entire room was new – the sofa, bathtub, and bedding all seemed brand new. I stayed on the 20th floor with a window facing Phoenix Station, and I couldn't hear any noise at all, so the sleep quality was excellent. It's close to two large shopping malls, making it convenient for dining, movies, and massages. I would definitely stay here again!

The pool was a bit disappointing. As soon as you walk through the hallway, you see four or five mops hanging out to dry, which made me think I was in the wrong place. It completely disregards the guest experience. The pool is surrounded by the shopping mall's ventilation fans, so you can smell cooking fumes. I suggest the hotel plant taller plants along the railing to improve this. The hotel breakfast is extensive, and every staff member is very polite. Worth staying again.

The hotel service was excellent. We happened to encounter rain during our stay, and the farm was closed due to heavy downpours. The hotel immediately arranged tickets to the Science Museum for us, free of charge! I really appreciate their adaptability.
