On April 9th (Friday) at 1:45 PM, my wife and I took the Trans-Island Chinalink coach for the first time from Un Chau Shopping Centre in Cheung Sha Wan. We passed through Shenzhen Bay Port very smoothly and arrived directly at Grand Mercure Shenzhen Guangming at 3:35 PM. Check-in at the reception desk was completed in 2 minutes, and we settled into our room on the 11th floor. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with no strange odors in the restroom or bathroom. In the evening, we enjoyed a rich buffet with hot pot available. I particularly enjoyed the chef's delicious grilled garlic oysters and pan-fried lamb chops. The cold cabinet offered sodas, beer, and fruit juices. The breakfast buffet also met our expectations. After dinner, we took a stroll to the Wanda Plaza next door. After breakfast, we walked to the Blue Whale World Shopping Center next door, which is very large and has a wide array of facilities. The only regrettable thing about the hotel is that it does not offer SPA and massage services to guests over 60 years old. The transportation is very convenient, as Phoenix City Metro Station is right next to the hotel, allowing easy access to nearby tourist attractions. I will definitely return to this hotel for another vacation.

The hotel proactively provided children's toothbrushes, slippers, and toiletries. The mattress was just right, and the children slept very soundly. Abundant family-friendly facilities: The entertainment activities both within and around the hotel were plentiful! The indoor/outdoor pools had clear water, and the children had a blast; the gym and leisure facilities were also well-maintained, so both adults and children could find ways to relax. High-quality dining: The breakfast offered a wide variety, combining exquisite Chinese and Western dishes with Cantonese dim sum. Everything was fresh and delicious, and even my picky eaters were happy. Friendly and efficient service: From the warm welcome at the front desk during check-in to the quick response of room service, the staff were all very gentle and patient, especially friendly towards children, making us feel right at home. Convenient transportation and surroundings: The hotel's location is excellent, with a quiet and peaceful environment. It's very convenient to get to family attractions like Guangming Farm or nearby parks, making it perfect for a relaxing weekend. In summary, this was a very enjoyable family vacation experience with excellent value for money! The next time we bring the kids to Guangming District, this will definitely be our top choice. I highly recommend it to all families planning a trip with children!

This is an international brand hotel, and I was very satisfied overall. It's close to a large shopping mall. I arrived at 1 PM, and they said the room was still being prepared, so I dropped off my luggage and went to the mall for lunch and shopping. The room was spacious, with stylish and clean decor. The bathroom had large bottles of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and lotion, all with a lovely Thai spa lemongrass scent. In addition to the two complimentary bottled waters, the mini-fridge contained a can of Coke, a carton of fresh milk, and two more bottles of water, all free of charge. The toilet was Japanese-style with a bidet function. The large TV received TVB Jade. The dinner buffet, while not luxurious, was good. Every two people shared a hot pot, and the baked oysters, baked mussels, and vermicelli scallops were all delicious. There was also sashimi and sushi, and a wide variety of hot pot ingredients. There were two types of yogurt and four types of ice cream, and the beverage cabinet had various canned sodas, boxed drinks, bottled coffee, beer, and more. The breakfast also offered a good selection of both Chinese and Western dishes. Transportation is convenient; it's only two stops to the Guangming Shenzhen International Art Museum. I would definitely stay here again.

No transfers needed when taking Line 13 from Shenzhen Bay. **Service:** Staff were friendly and polite, and they were quick to clear plates at the buffet. **Cleanliness:** The room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. **Hotel Location:** The hotel is right next to Wanda Plaza, which is connected to Blue Whale Plaza. It's very convenient for shopping and spa treatments. There are also nearby attractions like the Eye of Guangming, Science and Technology Museum, Art Museum, and parks, making for a rich itinerary. **Buffet Dinner:** The selection was very limited, with no chilled seafood, only hot pot. Because every table was having hot pot, the entire restaurant felt stuffy and hot. For a five-star hotel, this was unacceptable 👎🏻. **Birthday Decorations:** There was only a towel folded into a cake shape, which felt very perfunctory and was quite disappointing.

The hotel facilities are well-equipped, and the transportation is convenient. The rooms are bright and clean, and the curtains are thick enough to ensure good sleep quality. The food and staff quality at the 8th-floor restaurant have improved significantly, with a spacious environment and a wide variety of food. I would definitely go again. There are two large shopping malls near the hotel, which are enough for a full day of dining and entertainment! In this hot weather, the best thing to do is visit the malls to enjoy the air conditioning, combining both dining and entertainment!

This Grand Mercure hotel package is excellent. There's a direct island-wide shuttle bus that stops right at the hotel entrance, and the breakfast and dinner buffets, plus the massage arrangements, were very satisfying. I suggest adding a 'notes' field when purchasing the order to make it easier to leave special requests.

Transportation Convenience: Very convenient transportation, Phoenix Station can be reached in less than 1 minute. Cleanliness: The hotel lobby is uniquely decorated, the rooms are very neat and clean, and the facilities are complete. Dinner: The buffet dinner has many varieties, the food is fresh, and each person receives a free hairy crab according to the season.

This stay was to celebrate a birthday, and the hotel provided a small decoration. Perhaps due to the summer holiday, there were quite a few guests, and the breakfast area was completely full. The restaurant staff had some difficulty seating people, and the food quality was average. The hotel is close to two shopping malls, offering plenty of options for shopping, restaurants, and beverage shops.

The hotel had a room available immediately (on the 17th floor), and the curtains automatically opened as soon as I entered, which was truly amazing. The room was clean and smoke-free, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. Taking a shower before soaking in the large bathtub (after adding a small amount of bath salts to the water) was incredibly enjoyable. I was very satisfied with the room. The only minor issues were that the smart toilet didn't spray water, and there were some water stains on the coffee table, but these did not affect the overall experience.

The itinerary I booked for my family was a huge success; everyone was very satisfied. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. There are two major shopping malls near the hotel, so you won't get bored, and the buffet offers a wide variety of delicious food.
