Alright folks, I absolutely HAVE to tell you about my stay this time! I'm telling you, this hotel is the absolute BEST for family trips! I took my two little rascals and stayed in their super popular treehouse room, and the facilities were just incredible! It's completely tailored for families with kids. The kids went crazy as soon as they stepped inside, and the adults got to enjoy the childlike wonder too. The whole family had an absolute blast! And let me tell you about the service, I have to give the staff a huge shout-out! From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly welcoming. Their professionalism was top-notch, and their response time was lightning fast. Whether it was handling customer requests, checking in at the front desk, or the room service, every aspect was flawless. So many guests have raved about them, and I'm not just saying that, I truly experienced that kind of attentiveness myself! And the room, I was amazed as soon as I opened the door. It was decorated so elegantly, and the bedding was so soft and fluffy, lying on it felt like being surrounded by clouds, so comfortable I didn't want to get up. And it was super quiet at night, no noise at all, so the quality of sleep was absolutely amazing! I'm telling you, I've already made plans with my family to come back in two weeks! This place is so awesome, I highly recommend it to all parents. Bring your kids here, and you'll definitely create an unforgettable memory!

Transportation Convenience: Very convenient transportation, Phoenix Station can be reached in less than 1 minute. Cleanliness: The hotel lobby is uniquely decorated, the rooms are very neat and clean, and the facilities are complete. Dinner: The buffet dinner has many varieties, the food is fresh, and each person receives a free hairy crab according to the season.

The new hotel staff, especially Cathy, was very helpful, smiling, and polite during check-in. The entire room was new – the sofa, bathtub, and bedding all seemed brand new. I stayed on the 20th floor with a window facing Phoenix Station, and I couldn't hear any noise at all, so the sleep quality was excellent. It's close to two large shopping malls, making it convenient for dining, movies, and massages. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is in a very convenient location. You can take Shenzhen North Station Subway Line 6 directly to Fenghuangcheng Station, and the hotel is right across from the station exit. There are also two interconnected shopping malls with plenty of dining options. The lobby is modern and elegant, and the upgraded room was very spacious and comfortable. The pool was a bit disappointing. As soon as you walk through the hallway, you see four or five mops hanging out to dry, which made me think I was in the wrong place. It completely disregards the guest experience. The pool is surrounded by the shopping mall's ventilation fans, so you can smell cooking fumes. I suggest the hotel plant taller plants along the railing to improve this. The hotel breakfast is extensive, and every staff member is very polite. Worth staying again.

The hotel service was excellent. We happened to encounter rain during our stay, and the farm was closed due to heavy downpours. The hotel immediately arranged tickets to the Science Museum for us, free of charge! I really appreciate their adaptability.

The hotel didn't upgrade the room, but overall it was good. The bathroom was separated into wet and dry areas. The buffet dinner had hot pot and seafood, and each person received a hairy crab, which was fresh, sweet, and delicious. There are two shopping malls nearby. It's conveniently located right at Phoenix City D exit after taking the escalator down.

The hotel had a room available immediately (on the 17th floor), and the curtains automatically opened as soon as I entered, which was truly amazing. The room was clean and smoke-free, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. Taking a shower before soaking in the large bathtub (after adding a small amount of bath salts to the water) was incredibly enjoyable. I was very satisfied with the room. The only minor issues were that the smart toilet didn't spray water, and there were some water stains on the coffee table, but these did not affect the overall experience.
