We stayed in a Deluxe Room for a 3-day, 2-night twin-bed package with breakfast. The hotel lobby felt modern and spacious. Upon becoming a hotel member, we received two complimentary drinks at the lobby bar, and the option for alcoholic beverages was a nice touch. Since our checkout was on a Monday, members could check out at 1 PM. Hotel facilities included a gym, sauna, heated pool, indoor and outdoor pools, and a two-story children's play area with some playground equipment, slides, and a sandpit. Bicycles were also available for rent to explore the nearby cycling path. All guests could use these facilities. On Saturday and Sunday, the pools and children's room were a bit crowded, and there was a wait for bicycle rentals. The room was stylish, and we were lucky to have a bathtub and USB charging ports. The two single beds were a bit narrow. The breakfast selection was extensive. On Monday, when it was less crowded, someone escorted us to our table and asked what we'd like to drink. Freshly squeezed juice, roujiamo (Chinese meat burgers), and freshly wrapped wontons were also available, and everything tasted delicious. Considering there was no price increase for weekend stays, it was a great value, but expect more people and some waiting for activities. We also paid extra for the Saturday dinner buffet. While it didn't feature expensive ingredients like large crab legs, oysters, or lobster, the chilled seafood, including tiger prawns and giant river prawns, was high quality. The taste of all other dishes was better than many hotels in Shenzhen, though the selection wasn't vast. Towards the end of the meal, there was a free pizza-making activity for children. If you're looking for a good deal, don't want to spend time going out, want to enjoy the hotel's facilities, and don't want to order takeout, this is a good option. I'd also like to commend the head chef that day. My child was disappointed there was no Western soup, so the chef specially went to the kitchen to get a small bowl for him, which was very heartwarming. The front desk staff also helped back and forth with bringing bicycles and adjusting seats. The hotel's service did not decline despite the large number of guests, which is commendable.

Transportation Convenience: This time, I chose to take the Cross-Boundary China-Hong Kong Express bus to Qianhai Ice and Snow World, then took a 10-minute taxi ride to the hotel. The entire journey took about 1.5 hours, and it was comfortable without needing to transfer subways. Personally, I recommend taking a taxi to Dongguan Binhai Vientiane Village Outlet as well; it's super chill ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Breakfast: Many choices, delicious ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cleanliness: The room was comfortable and clean ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service: Overall service attitude was good; a robot delivered takeout to the room ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I spent a 3-day, 2-night Christmas holiday at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center Hotel. Check-in was quick and I was even upgraded. The hotel was very clean and the beds were larger than usual, with two 1.35-meter beds. The beds were special - they were quite soft, so I called the front desk to ask if they had a firm mattress. They told me that the other side of the mattress was firm, and they immediately sent a staff member to switch it for me. Excellent service! The hotel is very close to the world's largest indoor ski resort, accessible by transfer. The Christmas buffet dinner was good, with special features such as carol singing, which created a great atmosphere. Breakfast was also very plentiful. I was very satisfied with this Christmas. Fang Ting, the guest service manager at the front desk, was very polite and smiling. She was very helpful in arranging the room and met all the requirements. Chen Yu, the administrative concierge service on the 10th floor, is also very polite and smiling. He has been helping to mix drinks and clear the dishes on the table. He is very diligent. The two employees performed extremely well and deserve praise. The room is clean and well equipped. In the evening, the executive treatment includes hot food. Although the variety is small, the taste is good. There is also a lot of wine, and there is a professional cocktail maker who is simply top-notch. The breakfast was very good, with many varieties and excellent taste.

Originally, this trip was to celebrate my wife's ten-week anniversary of dating, so I specifically asked the hotel for celebratory decorations. When we checked in at the front desk, the staff told us that the dinner buffet was cancelled due to heavy rain (it turned out that Klook had sent me an email the day before saying that the buffet was cancelled and a full refund could be made), and suggested that we could change the dinner buffet to a Chinese set meal for two or save it for the buffet next time; but after looking at the content of the set meal, we decided to postpone it to the next time. The front desk staff also upgraded our room to a premium suite. When entering the room, my wife was moved by the exquisite souvenir decorations. Thank you for the hotel's careful arrangements. The room was big and beautiful, and the bathtub and bidet were very clean. Since there was no buffet dinner, we had to order takeout from Meituan in the hotel room. However, perhaps because we were in Bao'an District, there were no good restaurants nearby. We ordered takeout from three stores, and two of them were substandard. Finally, the hotel facilities include a play house called the Children's Playground where my son can relax, which is quite nice. There is also an indoor swimming pool. Although the pool is not big, not many people go swimming there, so our whole family is very happy. In addition, the hotel also allows you to borrow their camping equipment to experience the fun of camping at a nearby camping site. You can also borrow their bicycles to ride around nearby, but we didn't have much time, so we didn't borrow the above facilities. The next morning, we went to the restaurant downstairs for a buffet breakfast. There were not many varieties and choices. Several dishes looked like they had been left for a long time and were quite dry, so they were not very tasty. In general, the environment and service quality of the entire hotel are very good. When we come again next time, we can try the quality of their buffet dinner. I hope it will not be as disappointing as the buffet breakfast.

This was my first stay at this hotel. The location is a bit remote. We departed from the Liantang Port, and a direct taxi to the hotel cost us 200 RMB, taking an hour. Later, I found out that a ride-hailing service would probably only cost around 100 RMB, so keep that in mind for next time. Hotel check-in was quick, and the staff were polite. The room was new, clean, and comfortable, though the water pressure was low, the shower wasn't strong enough, and the air conditioning was insufficient. The package included a breakfast buffet from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM, which was excellent. There was a wide variety of food; we had bread, congee, fried eggs, sausages, various steamed buns, stir-fried noodles and rice dishes, instant cereals with milk, and more. The only downside was that the noodles were not very good, but everything else was delicious! The manager was also very polite and immediately prepared coffee for us upon seating, which was very thoughtful. For dinner, we ordered takeout via Meituan, and it was very convenient to pick it up in the hotel lobby. There's also a small children's playground that felt clean, and the kids had a great time. The swimming pool has both indoor and outdoor sections, with lifeguards on duty. If you don't want to swim, there's also a sauna and a jacuzzi, along with shower facilities. Please note that swim caps are required for swimming. We chose a package that included skiing. The hotel provides shuttle service to Huafa Ski Resort daily at 10 AM and 3 PM. This indoor ski resort, the largest in the world, is very new. The package only included two people; an additional person had to buy a ticket on-site for 458 RMB. Since it was our first time skiing, we also hired an instructor for 900 RMB for three people for one hour. The two adults learned quite quickly, but the child was harder to control. Next time, we should probably just buy the snow play ticket. It was very cold inside the venue, only 8 degrees Celsius. The package did not include gloves, so remember to bring your own if you go; buying them outside the venue costs 30 RMB per pair. We were exhausted after two hours and left because it was too cold, but skiing was a fun experience! There are several restaurants in the mall where the ski resort is located, as well as Ba Wang Cha Ji and Heytea. We tried Yuyue Sichuan Cuisine, which was quite good, though a bit greasy, and the prices were reasonable. After eating, we took a taxi to the nearby Garden City Mall for a massage before heading home. Overall, this experience was good, despite the remote location and the need to take a taxi to reach any malls near the hotel. Perhaps the two-day, one-night holiday package including the ski resort ticket was a bit expensive at 1700 RMB, but it was still a great place to relax.

Apart from the remote location, there are no disadvantages. It is suitable for children to stay. There are many children's facilities: wave pool, children's playroom, children's cinema, swimming pool, free rental of children's bicycles, and the staff are attentive and friendly. I will go there again next time. This time I took a taxi from Futian Port to the hotel for a total of 80.5 yuan plus 25 yuan for the highway fee. On the way back, I took the subway and changed four buses for about 1 hour, which was also very convenient.

Overall, the experience was excellent. The facilities were diverse and new, and two days and one night wasn't enough time to enjoy everything. The staff were proactive, polite, and friendly. The weekday breakfast buffet wasn't particularly extensive, but that's understandable. We'll definitely be back!

I've stayed here several times, and the hotel service has never disappointed. The breakfast and dinner buffets are extensive, and red wine, white wine, and cocktails are all-you-can-drink.
