Great 4.0
Booking in Klook os super fast. However, the storage at "The Best Hotel," located near and between Milano Centrale and Lima Station, is not a dedicated storage room. Luggage is kept near the reception, and only one bag is included if booked via Klook; extra charges apply for additional bags. They attach number tags to the luggage and ask you to take photos, which you show when retrieving your bags. While the setup didn't feel very secure, all my belongings were intact, so I would still recommend it.

Luggage storage is very convenient; it's just a 5-minute tram ride to the best hotel for drop-off, and the front desk staff are very friendly! Highly recommend!

It was located about a 10-minute walk from Milan Central Station. Both dropping off and picking up my luggage were smooth and took less than 5 minutes. The price didn't increase based on time or size, so I was able to explore the city without luggage for the whole day.

It's about a 10-minute walk from the train/bus station, which is a bit of a distance, but there's a great market right across from the hotel. The shopkeepers provide excellent service, but they do not offer public restrooms.

Getting around was very easy. I recommend it. However, the safety of the surrounding roads is poor, so I wouldn't recommend a woman going alone at night to pick up luggage.
