- Permanent Galleries are free of charge for Singaporean Nationals and Permanent Residents (PRs)
- Concession admission is applicable to Seniors (60 years and above) or Singapore Private Schools student* or Persons with disabilities (PWDs). One caregiver accompanying visitors with disability will enjoy free admission, regardless of caregiver's nationality
- Valid proof of identity (eg. passport, school pass) must be presented at the Visitor Services counter to enjoy concession admission
- *Concession admission fee applies to non-Citizen and non-Permanent Resident students from the following types of schools in Singapore: Private Schools eg. Kaplan, MDIS, SIM, LaSalle International, Students from schools overseas

It's beautiful, and I was surprised by the 100-year-old pieces, which are in remarkably perfect condition. The place is clean, the air conditioning is cool, the restrooms are spotless, and the staff are all smiles.

My child said it was great. The light and shadow on the second floor, with the little animals following people, was a novel experience for the kids. The exhibition hall on the first floor, with flowers blooming underfoot, was also a lot of fun for them. Plus, if you look like a student, you can use a student ticket. My child didn't bring their student ID, only proof of accommodation. I was a bit worried at first, but the staff just looked at us and let us in without checking any documents. I think it was definitely worth it, and it was cool inside too.
